It's interesting you call it a venture backed exit because no one had an exit in the ipo. I didn't sell a penny. Neither did our venture investors. In fact, they doubled down significantly. So, yeah, it is interesting because it can be seen as a liquidity event. And technically, I guess the stock is more liquid after that, but there wasn't any liquidity generated in it.
