The thing that I was trying to solve was how do I create the company of my dreams? Or I feel like myself and the people involved in this company are able to do the very best work of their career. When they look back on their time at Help Scout, or when I look back in the rear view at my time building this company, I want to know that it was the best experience I had had in my career. And so every decision that we've made as a business has been highly intentional and focused on doing our best work. That doesn't actually mean building the biggest company, having the most revenues, going public, any other sort of goals. We're not really in our purview.
