Caring for employees, Shrad Rao CEO Wagepoint - The Startup CEO Show

I view myself as employee as much as I view myself as the employer. So when I think about that legal agreement, that's the fulfillment of the obligation between both sides. You come, you've done whatever, whatever it looks like where that's the, you know, both sides have shook hands. So where does caring come into this? You can only get your people to care about what they do if you care about them. That's it. That's the entire formula. There's no other way to do it. There's no, there's no way to fake it. There's no way. And the thing is they watch your actions, right? So if you say, oh, you know, like I used to, people used to tell my tell like we're a family, and I'm like, stop it. We're not a family. If that was true, we wouldn't be able to part ways with each other.
