you know, I, I've suffered with burnout many times, unfortunately. So I do know the signs of it. I know how my body reacts. I know when it's sort of starting. So yeah, I was very cognizant of it. And I think what helped as well is I did have some help from a therapist at the time, and she kind of taught me some of the basics of the psychology around it. And then it started to make very logical sense. You know, at the end of the day, we're just human beings. We're animals, right? We have very primitive responses to stress. And once you start understanding that, you're like, okay, I get it why I feel this way. It's logical., and then you can start doing something about it. So at Haibo, we're— I'm very open with our team about this. They've heard this story. We talk about this a lot because it impacts members of our team. When you're growing almost 100% year on year, this is going to happen to a number of people within your teams. You've got to look out for it, you've got to support people, and you've got to have those mechanisms in place to help them if it does happen.
