I think culture is often talked about at companies. Yes, all.

Very successful.

Companies have really, really, really fit for purpose.

And great cultures. And all losing companies don't.

But you know why?

Because culture.

Is not centrally planned.

Culture is not even grassroots, organically grown culture comes from.

Winning together and celebrating it like this.

Is actually where goals.

Are super valuable.

And here's going to be another thing I say. Like, Shopify happens to be, I think, the biggest committed.

Remote company in which I don't recommend it works.

Really, really well for us.

But I do think.

It'S like something on the order of two to three.

Ticks harder.

Than doing.

It together because.

Of this they thing.

Like winning.

Together does.

Not feel as nourishing remotely as.

It does when you're in the same location.
