My biggest mistakes have been investing in founders. Like, we're going to exit in three years because this is the opportunity and this and what happens. It's kind of like what Viktor Frankl said, a man's search for meaning. He said, the people who are the worst and died the soonest were the ones that said, I'm going to be out of the concentration camps by Christmas. Well, then Christmas came and they're still there and they lost all hope. Well, the same thing happens in businesses. You got to love it so much that, yes, have a vision, have a guidepost. But you need to love the problem. Doesn't mean you're going to love all the shit, because a lot of the shit sucks, but you have to love the problem.
