And are there gender differences launching and growing a fast growing company? Yeah, there are. I mean, the numbers are there. But even if you say like, oh, there's none, like 3% of of venture backed companies are female founders. So there's, there's a, there is a real gap in the industry. You know, this is my view at least is it's maybe not so much being a female founder as the risk profile that we may take on when we're raising capital. That's at least one lens of it. I always think like if four women who had sold companies before who had, you know, complementary skill set, who understood the market really well and had a big opportunity with a big tam would raise capital together, their chances of success would probably be significantly higher. And unfortunately, a lot of women go on this journey as a sole founder and they take on a lot of risk.
