Thinkific's now 350 people. And I'm just wondering for folks who maybe aspire to have a 300 person company of their own at some point, can you, if you look back, how, how and when did the altitude of your role, I guess change over time?
Yeah, and it's, it's changed a few times in a few ways. And I've even like scale. I got too far ivory tower at one point, honestly, and scaled back a bit. I'd say certainly around 100, 150 people is when I saw my role really transition from being two in the weeds to being much more leading and empowering other leaders and that. And it's really been like that ever since.
