I made the decision probably a year plus ago in my head. And then it was like, okay, how do I do this gracefully so I don't fuck things up? You know, just doing the right, you know, bringing my board and having an honest conversation. They had me lead the executive recruitment process to find my successor. And I, you know, I really put my heart into finding the right person to take over. And I want this company to continue to grow over the next 15 years. So that. That was just kind of really important to me, is just making sure that I did a graceful exit. Because it is unusual, right? It's unusual to kind of leave when you're not at an exit.
