It's not so much a value, but it's something that I've codified as one of our operating principles in the last few years, is to be long term as a business, be long term minded. And so I think for us, having transparency with that long term mindset has really served us well, because I would say that you gain velocity if you commit to it long term, and you allow it to compound and build up. In terms of having a focus on having a documentation culture with having transparent salaries, as you know, is completely open. We get a lot of benefits from that. People can just go to buffer.com salaries and find out all the salaries for everyone in the team. They know what they're getting coming in, both in terms of that value of transparency and the numbers, what that number is going to be.
