The NASDAQ's returning about 17% in the last 10 years, and it should outperform the NASDAQ. But it's the cheat code because anybody anywhere in the world can buy it with a dollar. Mm-hmm. With $1. Then I have this best performing asset, which allows me to outperform any hedge fund, any private equity fund. I can pretty much outperform everything. And if I have this asset or property that has this high CAGR, It opens up this world of financial opportunities that have only been available to billionaires. And so the billionaires have the ability to run these complex strategies. They're not real complex, but they're only accessible to people that have a lot of money. And now the average person can do that. And that's why it's the cheat code.
