Mark Moss imported products from China to sell on Amazon and eBay, starting with e-bike motors and LED light bars he actually used. Years and years ago, I was buying containers of stuff from China and bringing it over and selling on Amazon, eBay. I was selling like these e-bike motors because I live on the beach and I wanted an e-bike and I knew all about e-bikes. And once I learned all about them, I was like, shoot, there's a gap in the market. I could sell it. And then, you know, I drive off-road and I wanted this like LED light bar for my truck and they're like $1,300. And I'm like researching, there's like two main brands. And I was like, shoot, I could get those in China for cheaper. So I started bringing those over. I started selling those and I was doing a bunch of products and it was making a lot of money. It was really good. But then I started getting greedy. I was like, ooh, pet products and elderly products like walkers and canes and wheelchairs. Those are gold mines. I found a couple key items that had like really good sales volume. I found the suppliers in China that could make it for me. The margins were going to be good. I'm getting all this going. And I was like, honestly, I hate that. I have no interest in any of that equipment. I'm so friggin bored with it. And I shut the whole business down and never imported another thing. And that's like our investing. If we're going to invest into things that we're not genuinely interested in and we're not paying attention to, like, just don't do that.
