Mark Moss says you need $100-$150k annual income to retire in six to seven years. His planning method: define your goal, pick a target date, assess where you are now, then find the single biggest obstacle blocking your path to that income.
If you can get to $150 grand a year of income, most people could be retired in 6 or 7 years or less. The only sign of intelligence is whether you get what you want in life. So what is it that you want? Where do I want to go? When do I want to get there by? Where am I starting from? Definitive. Now I can make a plan. Uh, what is my single biggest obstacle that will— that's the biggest domino that I can help get there? And if you just focused on that, even at 45, you know, I do wealth coaching, right? So number one, get to $100, $150 grand a year of income. It's just, just kind of figuring that out and solving that problem.
