In the final episode of her September series "Clarity Over Chaos: Leading with Stillness, Strategy, and Strength," Dr. Marleen Greenleaf delivers a motivational monologue titled "Own The Vision." She argues that clarity alone is insufficient; true power comes from owning and acting on the vision God gives. Greenleaf explains the cost of avoiding a vision—shrinking from a divine dream due to fear—and emphasizes that ownership is an act of faith, citing Habakkuk 2:2‑3. She outlines a four‑step process for vision ownership: speak the vision aloud, write it down, share it with a trusted person for accountability, and take one aligned, manageable step each week. Throughout, she offers reflective prompts and empowerment questions to help listeners assess whether a vision is truly theirs, identify fears, and envision immediate actions. The episode ends with a call to share the episode, subscribe for the next series, and live boldly in one's power.

Hello, my valued listeners, and welcome to the final episode in our September series, Clarity Over Chaos: Leading with Stillness, Strategy, and Strength. I'm your host, Dr. Marleen Greenleaf, and what a powerful journey we've taken this month. I mean, we've explored how to lead with calm confidence, Release the pressure to hustle, embrace the sacred pause, and make room for transformational shifts. But as we close this series, I want to challenge you with this truth: clarity means nothing if you're not willing to own the vision. So today's final episode in this series is entitled Own The vision. Because clarity without ownership is just potential, not power. So let's go deeper. Let's talk about the cost of avoiding your vision. I mean, you know what's harder than not having a vision? It's having one and shrinking from it. You get the download, the dream, the divine nudge, but then fear speaks up. Who do you think you are? And suddenly the vision feels too big, too bold, and too much. But here's what I've learned. If God gave you the vision, he's already factored in your growth. So you don't need to be ready. You need to be willing. Willing to own it, speak it, and move in alignment with it even if your knees shake. Why? Because owning the vision is an act of faith. Now Habakkuk 2:2-3 tells us, write the vision and make it plain on tablets so that whoever reads it may run with it. For the vision awaits an appointed time. Though it linger, wait for it. It will certainly come and not delay. So you see, the vision is already set, but your ownership is what activates it. And Owning it doesn't mean you have all the answers. It means you are committed to showing up anyway. So how do you start owning the vision, you may ask? So now this is where I want you to lean in with me and hear this. First, you have to speak it out loud. Why? Because even if only to yourself at first, when you speak it out loud, the vision unfolds. Then I want you to write it down. Write it down because clarity multiplies on paper. Share it with someone you trust, because community brings accountability. And then take one aligned step this week. I mean, nothing too grand, just be consistent. Your vision is not waiting on perfect conditions. It's waiting on your yes and your ownership. So here's your vision ownership check-in. I want you to ask yourself. Is this vision truly mine, or am I chasing someone else's idea of success? Hmm. And what fears are keeping me from taking the next step? And what would owning this vision look like today? Not 5 years from now, but today. I mean, you don't need to leap. You just need to move, move with clarity, with courage, and with conviction. So here's your empowerment prompt. What's the vision that's been whispering to your spirit lately? I'll say it again. What's the vision that's been whispering to your spirit lately? I want you to write this down. I give myself I give myself full permission to own what God has shown me. I give myself full permission to own what God has shown me. Once you've written this down, I want you to take a bold step this week that aligns with that vision. No matter how small. So, my dear friends, clarity isn't just about knowing where you're going. It's about owning why you're going. And when you own your vision fully, unapologetically, and intentionally, You give others permission to do the same. I want to thank you for joining me in this powerful September series. Now, next month we're diving into a brand new theme that I believe will shake up your leadership in all the right ways. So make sure you're subscribed. I want you to share this episode with a sister friend and reflect deeply this week because your vision deserves to be seen. So until next time, I want you to live boldly in your power today, and if it gets tough, just breathe. You still have the strength to rise. Continue to live in your power.
