Welcome back, my valued listeners, to another episode of Living in Your Power. I know, I know, it's been a while, and I've missed connecting with all of you. I know you've probably been wondering, where have I been since my last episode at the end of January? And today, I want to share some personal insights with you. Life has its challenges, and in these past months, I've faced my fair share. Both physically and emotionally, health issues and personal challenges took me away from this space, and I had to step back and take care of myself. As much as I wanted to continue sharing, I realized that I needed time to rest, heal, and recalibrate. And that's perfectly okay because sometimes life calls for a pause. And during that pause, we are given the opportunity to reflect on where we are, how we're living, and most importantly, how we value ourselves. This is why today, as I step back into this space, I want to talk to you about recognizing your value and knowing your worth. A message that has become even more personal for me Over these past few months, it's easy to find ourselves in situations, whether in our personal lives or careers, where we don't feel valued, where we don't truly feel valued. And if I'm being honest, I have experienced that feeling myself during my time away. We often stay in these situations longer than we should, not because we want to. But because we fear we're not good enough for something better, or maybe we worry about our financial stability, or we doubt that there's a space where we'll truly be appreciated. But here's the thing: I need you to really hear this. You are invaluable. Your unique talents. experiences, and perspectives are irreplaceable. So staying in a place where you're undervalued, whether that's in a job, a relationship, or even within your own mindset, not only limits your potential, but it also chips away at your self-worth over time. It's like trying to fit a square peg into a round hole. No matter how hard you try, It just won't fit. So recognizing that you are enough and that you deserve more is the first step to truly living in your power. I know I've said this time and time again in my various posts, but this is truly the first step to living in your power. So stepping out of your comfort zone is scary. We, we all know that, but it's also where growth happens. It's where you discover opportunities that align more closely with your worth, your dreams, and your aspirations. And let me tell you, from my own experience, that growth can come from unexpected places. This isn't just about finding a better job or a healthier relationship, although those things are incredibly important. It's more about living authentically and embracing your true power. And that power begins with acknowledging your worth and refusing to settle for anything less. I encourage you to take a moment today to reflect on your current situation and ask yourself, am I truly valued here? Am I being given the opportunity to grow and flourish? Now, if the answer is no, It might be time to consider a change. And I know, I know, change is hard. It's uncomfortable, and it often comes with risk. But believe in yourself and your capabilities. You deserve to be in a space where you are not just accepted, but celebrated for who you are. So let's not fear— let— I'm sorry, let's— Let's not fear change. Let's not let fear or financial concerns dictate our worth. I'll say that again. Let's not let fear or financial concerns dictate our worth. You have the power to change your situation, and sometimes the first step is simply recognizing that you deserve better. So take that step, whether it's setting new boundaries, exploring new opportunities, or even just giving yourself the rest you need to reset. Take that opportunity. You have to take that first step. Take that first step so that you can live more authentically and live in your power. I thank you for your patience, for holding space for me, and for allowing me to return to this incredible journey with you. So stay empowered and always remember this: your worth is non-negotiable. Your worth is non-negotiable. This is Marleen Greenleaf, and I'm excited to be back journeying with you as we continue to live and grow in our power every day. Continue to live in your power.
