Well, hello, my valued listeners, and welcome back to another episode of Living in Your Power. I'm your host, Dr. Marleen Greenleaf, and before we dive into today's episode, I want to take a moment to honor the meaning of this day. On this Memorial Day, we pause to remember and give thanks for the men and women who Who sacrificed their lives in service to our country. We also hold space for those who carry the weight of grief today. Your loss is seen, your pain is honored, and your loved ones are remembered. May we move forward in their honor by living our lives with purpose, freedom, And gratitude. Now let's continue as we wrap up our May series, Rooted in Self-Worth: Healing, Growing, and Rising. Now all month long, we've been tending to the inner garden, healing old wounds, setting boundaries, nurturing ourselves with grace. And today, We will close with a bold declaration. Your worth is not up for negotiation. Living boldly is healing and wholeness. Because when you are rooted in your God-given identity, your worth is already established. You don't have to prove it. You don't have to earn it. You simply have to live it boldly, confidently, and unapologetically. So let's get into it. One of the greatest lies we are taught in this— we are taught is that our worth is conditional. I'll say that again. One of the greatest lies we are taught is that our worth is conditional. It's conditional on our success, conditional on our performance, conditional on our relationships. Hmm. But let me remind you, you were worthy Before the titles, the achievements, and the accolades. You were worthy the moment God breathed life into you. And you are still worthy even when you're healing. You are still worthy even when you're resting. And you're still worthy even when you're becoming. You don't have to hustle for it. You don't have to negotiate for it. You simply have to stand in it. Now, healing isn't about fixing yourself, but it's about returning to your true self. And wholeness doesn't mean perfection. It means living authentically, Aligned and anchored in who God called you to be. So living boldly in healing looks like speaking up for yourself even when your voice shakes, choosing peace even when chaos demands your attention, and loving yourself fully even when the parts that are still Now, healing and wholeness gives you the freedom to stop negotiating with life, and you stop asking for permission to exist, to dream, or to rise. Now, I believe that we all need to Guard our worth with grace. So as you step forward, I want you to remember that everyone won't understand your healing journey. Everyone won't honor your boundaries, and everyone won't celebrate your growth. And that's okay. That is okay. Why? Because you are not responsible for making your worth acceptable to others. You are only responsible for walking in it fully and faithfully. The people who are aligned with your growth will recognize your light, and the people who can't or won't They were never assigned to your next season. So here's your bold challenge to close out the month of May. Affirm your worth out loud. Every morning this week, I want you to declare, My worth is not up for for negotiation. I am rooted. I am rising. And I am enough. I want you to release the need for validation. You already have God's validation, and that's more than enough. And this week also, I want you to honor your wholeness with One bold act of self-love. I mean, again, whether it's saying no, applying for something you thought you weren't ready for, or resting without guilt, you have to choose yourself. Honor your wholeness with one bold act of self-love. So as we close out this month, I want you to carry this truth Deep into your spirit. Know that you are not your wounds. You are not your worries. You are not your weaknesses. But you are a masterpiece in progress, rooted in purpose, planted in grace, and rising in power. So walk boldly, love yourself fiercely, and remember, I want you to live boldly in your power. And if it gets tough, just breathe. You still have the strength to rise. So until next time, dear listeners, Keep shining, keep rising, and keep living in your power.
