XRP could hit $27 if three things happen: massive liquidity flows into nostro/vostro accounts, a major shift in derivatives and cross-border payments, and Bitcoin loses dominance either through a huge price surge or gets dethroned entirely. All speculative, all require fundamental market change.
The main strategy, just stack XRP until you feel like you have a good number with trillions of dollars in nostro vostra accounts and all of this stuff on the line, the derivatives market, cross-border payments. $27 is, is realistic in the very, very long term. Once again, a ton of stuff in the world needs to change for that to happen. Either Bitcoin needs to also go to a massive price or the flippening has to happen where Bitcoin gets crossed by something and stays in the number 2 position. The psychological thing of Bitcoin as number 1 needs to be broken.
