HBAR, ALGORAND, XRP, CARDANO & MORE - CRYPTO NEWS TODAY

In this YouTube daily market update, Crypto Mason (the host of the "Gold Squad") delivers a rapid-fire rundown of cryptocurrency price movements, project developments, regulatory commentary, and personal viewpoints. He starts by noting Bitcoin trading around $36,000 with a slight dip and a dominance of 44.4%, and Ethereum at $2,300, highlighting a 42% 30‑day decline as a buying opportunity. He then covers several headline items: Cardano’s Alonzo testnet saw its first smart contract run, with full smart‑contract rollout expected by September; Algorand is slated to power a $800 million healthcare payment system in Bermuda via a stablecoin issued by MAPay Corp; a Dutch official called for a total Bitcoin ban, which Mason dismisses as nonsensical; Jack Dorsey hinted that Twitter (or its Bluesky project) may integrate the Bitcoin Lightning Network; Ripple hired a new attorney to defend CEO Brad Garlinghouse and filed another motion in its ongoing lawsuit, with commentary on the case’s repetitive nature; a historical look at the 2015 top‑50 crypto list shows only nine coins survived, underscoring long‑term survivorship; and Mason offers a strong, somewhat contrarian take on Hedera Hashgraph (HBAR), labeling it the “elephant in the room” and arguing that the community’s skepticism masks a technology that is fundamentally superior. Throughout, he intersperses community shout‑outs, calls to like/subscribe, and reminders of his own portfolio pride. The video ends with a multi‑platform plug and a thank‑you to viewers.

We look for gold in every single aspect of our lives and we always find it. Now today we've got another daily market update. We've got some, uh, some good stuff in here. It's a kind of a slower day today, um, but let's just dive into it. Let's dive into it. We got Bitcoin 36,000. Everything is red right now, whether that be 0.78% or whether that be like 5%. Uh, we dropped below 1.6 trillion, 4 44% Bitcoin dominance. We really climbed back up. Um, we were watching that for a while on a huge downtrend. But look at Ethereum, $2,300 Ethereum. That is a great, great deal. 42% down in the last 30 days. Great deal right there. We've got some Cardano news coming up in this video. 84 cent XRP. Once again, if you have thousands and thousands of dollars this is a great opportunity to stack a bag of XRP. Um, if you're spending like $500, maybe you want to wait even longer, but I mean, nobody knows what the XRP price is really going to do. It's kind of a wild card, um, in terms of just the news that surrounds it can really make some weird stuff happen to the price. Now, um, let's get into— okay, for as for what I'm doing, I always want to update you. Still doing absolutely nothing. I am looking for new projects every day. I'm doing research every day, um, and I'm just watching the markets, just chilling, chilling, and, uh, sitting on my beautiful portfolio that I'm very actually proud of. If you're not proud of your portfolio, you better make it so that you're proud of it or something. Um, okay, first smart contract has successfully run on Cardano's Alonzo testnet. Um, the first smart contract, wow. Uh, seems like they're way behind, but this is Alonzo. It's basically Cardano's public testnet, and the first smart contract has ran on, uh, on Alonzo. Also, U Today— I don't know if I trust U Today really, but they have reported that smart contracts are expected to be fully rolled out by September. Um, great news, great news for Cardano. I feel like this is already so big, like, can it really, can it really have huge growth? I guess it can if they've, if they've been all the way to number 5, the number 5 digital asset in the world, uh, without smart contracts. Like, damn. And here's the update if you want to watch it right here. We've also got Algorand could soon process up to $800 million in healthcare costs in Bermuda. The high-speed blockchain will be used in a payment system aimed at healthcare businesses. Shout out to Crypto Wendy. I believe she really likes the healthcare aspect of blockchain. Well, look at this, finally a project that you've probably ignored, uh, because it's It's one of those, right? It's one of those working with governments and all that. But I mean, to me it's inevitable. They've got MAPay, MAPay Corp, a global healthcare technology firm, and I guess they're, um, will use Algorand to issue a stablecoin for facilitating, facilitating over $800 million. That's almost a billion dollars. Very crazy right there. Dutch official calls for complete ban on Bitcoin. What are you doing? And what are you saying? Um, what are you saying right here? Now there's one quote I want to show you. Bitcoin— this is his quote— has no intrinsic value and is only valuable because others may accept it. Dude, the fiat money is the same. This is just a money created by the people, and it's a sound money. It's a sound money created by the people. Do you guys literally understand how insane what Bitcoin is? Like, I have so much respect for Bitcoin, it's literally on my wall. But do you understand this? I don't think this has ever been a thing before. Um, like a digital— well, clearly it hasn't. Um, this is currency made by the people, disconnected from any middleman or anything. Crazy stuff. And here's the actual thing, uh, the actual report. I am not gonna read it because why would I want to even give attention to, um, or give an in-depth, uh, thing on why they should completely ban Bitcoin? That it doesn't make sense. You can't even ban Bitcoin. Like, people don't understand this, that Bitcoin is an idea. That's like trying to ban fiat money, wouldn't even work. Um, Jack Dorsey, this is big right here. Hints. Now, we don't like the word hints because we want pure stuff, like real stuff, but he's hinting that Twitter may integrate Bitcoin Lightning Network. Basically, this dude Deontay on Twitter, he said stream sats. Build Lightning Network into Bluesky. Bluesky is a— not a crypto, but it's a project I mentioned months and months ago. If they ever give you— listen up closely— if they ever give you the opportunity to invest in Bluesky, do it. Um, non-financial advice. Uh, he says, build Lightning Network into Bluesky or Twitter, please and thank you. And Jack says, only a matter of time. Oh my, only a matter of time. Crazy. Um, so Ripple has welcomed a new attorney to defend Brad Garlinghouse in court. This lady right here, Nicole Tatz, um, she's defending Brad Garlinghouse. So little updates every day. I can't believe they can, uh, get a headline every day out of this case. Um, hopefully we turn up the volume soon and get it rolling. The Cryptic Poet says, uh, only 9 out of the 50 coins in 2015 survived. XRP was one of them. Here is the top 50 from 2015. There are literally only 9 coins on here that survived, and that is Bitcoin, XRP, Litecoin, Dash, Dogecoin, um, this one That one says Stellar. We've got Monero, NEM, and it looks like Tether. So look at that. This is how you know in about 5 years from now, right? 2021 was— I mean, uh, 2015 was 6 years ago. So 6 years from now, what the hell is the top 10 gonna look like? Or what is the top 50 gonna look like? Crazy stuff. Maybe it won't even be called cryptocurrency anymore. Who knows, maybe it's called security tokens. I don't know. Um, James K. Filan with another XRP lawsuit update. Brad and Chris have filed another motion for international discovery. Like the last one, it is long and the exhibits are probably repetitive. Wow. Um, cool. And we're still waiting for the, um the extension of time. Man, I can't, I can't be asked to pay attention to the in-depth legal, legal aspect. Jeremy Hogan is covering it perfectly over on his channel. If you don't watch Jeremy Hogan, uh, his updates, I don't know what you're doing. Uh, we've got B-Bar right here on Twitter. My opinion: 99% of all crypto folks think that HBAR looks too good to be true. 99% of all other cryptos have serious flaws and vulnerabilities. When the 99%, uh, recognize that HBAR is the real deal and what they're holding has serious long-term issues, real capitulation will occur. Absolutely. And this looks like elephant in the room type shit. Oh yeah, HBAR is the elephant in the room. HBAR is 100% the elephant in the room, um, because it's hashgraph technology. If you guys were in my Telegram, I might have to do a full video on this. If you guys were in the Telegram signal channel, which is below in the description if you want to join, I posted a link to a thing saying that blockchain technology has been here since 1980s. And I might have to do a full video on that because it is true and it's really crazy. So what if— because it seems like everyone around is trying to convince you This is just an alternative perspective. I do believe blockchain is very powerful and it is like the shit, right? Um, for lack of better words, it is the thing. It is the thing. But doesn't it feel like if you took another stance, like somebody who was involved in Hashgraph, you would feel like, why are they trying to convince us of like that blockchain is this because every sentence is blockchain is a revolutionary technology. Every sentence is among those lines, right? So, well, clearly Hashgraph is just better. Hashgraph could— it's just better in every aspect, right? And it seems too good to be true, like Vbar says right here. So who knows? Who knows? Uh, maybe though, I do think the world just needs to catch up to HBAR. HBAR is completely ahead of its time. It is the elephant in the room. Here we've got Jungle Inc, uh, Hester Pierce. Hester Pierce is the SEC commissioner. I would be laughing all the way to the bank too if I had Clayton and Hinman in my back pocket. Now he points out something very scary right here, and that is that the ETH Foundation did have an ICO, they did assist thousands of ERC-20 token ICOs, and they do do predatory lending and leveraging. 'But Ripple is real business with actual utility.' I don't know why he put an X right here. Um, I don't know why he put an X right there, but he should have put a check mark like it, it is real business with, with actual utility. Um, and he also should have put, um, no ICO because Ripple didn't do an ICO. So this, what, what he's saying is this sounds like a security. Um, and we will see if they come with guns blazing at Ethereum after they're done with XRP. Um, that is all I've got. Thank you so much for watching. Make sure you tune in on TikTok, Twitch, Instagram, Twitter. I love you all. Thank you for watching to the end of the video if you're still watching right now, and goodbye.
