How Many HBAR To Get Rich?

How much HBAR do you need to be rich? How much HBAR is enough HBAR? How much HBAR should you buy? All of these 3 questions I see in my comment sections all day. How much do I need? All right, so we are currently, as I'm filming this on January 3rd, we're sitting at 12 cents. Okay, now the story of HBAR— first of all, you need to know the background, right? This coin is newer, 2019. It hasn't been through 3 different bear markets or even 2 bear markets. This coin is newer, okay? It came out in 2019 right here, um, and we picked it up at 3 cents in 2020. and we rode that wave all the way to 50 cents. Okay, so right off the bat, HBAR has went from 3 cents to 50 cents. And dude, I'm so appreciative and so just amazed by some of the people in my comments who have said they've been here with me since 2020 or 2021. Okay, and you're still here watching. That is amazing. It's my favorite to see those comments. And a lot of those people made so much money off this HBAR pump and just getting in at 3 cents. That's my personal entry as well, 3 cents. And we did go at the start of 2025 to 36 cents, which was great. We had another peak and now we have fallen badly. Okay, let's get into talking about how much you actually need. First of all, make sure you follow me on Twitter as well, @MasonVersluis. So because I couldn't find a real like HBAR rich list website, um, I'm making it. Okay, we have made the HBAR rich list website. Now hopefully we can get some of this data from Hgraph, um, to put in there, but right now it's just going to be the rankings and I'm going to make it so that the dollar amounts actually show. And we've got the live HBAR price. I got to set that up. Um, yeah, this will be available at hbar-rich-list.com. Okay, hbar-rich-list.com. We're gonna cook this up and hopefully get a really cool HBAR website that we can check in the videos. But moving on, this is the rich list, okay? This is the rich list right here. 100 million. This is all pulled from hgraph.io. The data is compiled by Pew Pew Rhinos, nice name. Um, there's 40 wallets with 100 million HBAR, and it goes all the way down. So this is how much HBAR greater than, um, and this is how many wallets have it, and then the percentile. Um, so are you in the 1%? It's hard to be in the 1% of wallets. 1 million HBAR to be in the 1% of wallets, 500,000 to be in the 1.9%, um, And it goes all the way down to the planktons. So here's the whale rankings, right? We've got plankton, krill, shrimp, minnow, and it just gets bigger fish up to a kraken. Okay, so, you know, are you a shrimp? Are you a minnow? I mean, 5,000 HBAR, 10,000 HBAR, um, these totals, right? These totals, uh, we will have to go to CoinMarketCap to do the converter here. Um, let's look at what the dollar values are. Okay, so HBAR, right, not wrapped HBAR, HBAR. 10,000 HBAR is $1,000 into HBAR. Okay, now you can simply use something like Grok because some of these calculations can be really, um, bad or like hard to do. So if we do 10,000 HBAR tokens and I bought at 0.05, or let's say, you know, you put in your own entry, uh, 10,000 HBAR tokens, and I bought at 7 cents, um, and I think it's going to, you know, $3. How much money would I make, uh, from my tokens if they were valued— this is the long way of saying it— at $3? Oh shoot, okay, hold on. Uh, at $3, right? So send that to Grok and that's going to calculate. So the first thing you have to do is look at your own holdings. So 10,000 if you have 10,000, um, and just see what you'd be at. So that's only $30,000 if we reach, um, if we reach $3, right? So that's only $30,000. Is that rich? Is that rich to you? So number one, step one is determine what is rich to you and what is your target for this? Like, is $1 million in cash rich, right? Is $5 million in cash rich? Do you need more? Like, do you need $20 million to consider it rich, right? So there's so many different answers to that question. Will you get rich. But if you look, you know, if we had $150,000, right, if we had $150,000, um, hopefully Grok is smart enough to actually— okay, there we go. Yeah, $400K. So, you know, if you had $150,000 HBAR, $400K at $3. Okay. $400K if you bought at 7 cents. So it's all dependent on your specific entry, but this is kind of the, you know, what everyone looks at is this list right here, as well as this one, the big whale. There's just different names for it. And then you can, you'll be able to stake too. So your HBAR holdings On SaucerSwap, you can stake, right? We can, we can stake this on SaucerSwap. You can stake on HashPack as well. This is my public HashPack right here. It's very easy to stake, right? I can just 2 clicks and I'm unstaked. You can stake through HashPack. And so maybe you don't even want to sell and you just want to continue to earn. So right now in this one, I've got $250 or $240 of HBAR. You go to stake, you click stake, pick one of the nodes. Um, you know, the only permanent node is Swirlds, right? So a lot of people go with Swirlds because they're the only permanent node. But let's— you can stake with any, uh, and those rewards are going to be 2.5%. They've been capped, uh, ever since, since August. So to answer the question though, um, is there an amount that's enough? No, there's not. It's not like there's an amount that's enough. It's a personal thing, right? What is your personal budget? How much can you drop into this? And what type of fish are you? What type of whale ranking are you? That's all this is. Um, I noticed the TVL of HBAR really has been growing. Okay, in January we obviously had that spike. This also shows you how the TVL correlates with the price, right? Shows you how the TVL correlates with the price. Um, and this has just been going down ever since. We're at $66 million. I noticed something interesting, uh, we're 43rd— or sorry, we're 44th. HBAR and XRPL is 43rd. So there's a similar amount of money being staked on each one. Okay, so this is the ranking ladder. How much do you need? It's always a good target to go for that 10,000, these round numbers, right? 50,000, 100,000. Um, I never— I don't reveal how much HBAR I have because that's a dumb move. Never reveal how much HBAR you have online, uh, or to anyone online because it makes you a target. Um, but just try to, try to climb the percentiles if you believe in the token. This is genuinely one of the best cryptocurrency projects I've ever seen. This is not even blockchain, this is a level above blockchain. This is Hashgraph, it's not even blockchain technology, okay? It's where people go, will go, once they realize how bad blockchain is compared to newer tech. Right. Hashgraph technology, quantum secure, extreme scalability, extreme scalability. I'm talking you could have every door in the world opening and closing, being logged as a transaction on the ledger, as a record on the ledger. What type of crazy surveillance will that have? You've got the regulatory compliance, you've got the spot ETFs, you've got the fixed fees, which are so smart. Uh, Hedera has fixed USD fees. Um, but yeah, enough with the bullishness. That's the answer to the question, is it's a personal amount. $100,000, in my opinion, would put you in a great spot. Um, you have to think about where, where do you think the token will go as well, right? We've been to 50 cents already, which is technically like a 5x from now. So if you have You know, $100,000 in 5x will bring you to $500,000. Where can we go? Probably to $1. You have to remember, we have half the supply of XRP. We have half— we have half the supply of XRP, and XRP is at $2. So if you believe that HBAR is a top 5 cryptocurrency, which I do, then it can easily get up there. Right? And if we go to the Coin Perspective, right, the website right here, um, and we go over here— where is it? Uh, if HBAR had the market cap, for example, of XRP, it would be worth $2.85 with a potential upside of 23x. So that's what we're talking about, 23x. So which group are you in? Um, if you're in, you know, I'm actually gonna probably cook up a website for you guys that actually shows the dollar amount live of the rich list, because it's too hard to think in HBAR, like, how much, you know, are these totals. Um, you always have to— you got to do the conversion, right? So let's just give an example with $100,000, which isn't feasible for a lot of people to buy, right? That's like $10K in but a 23x on that's going to give you $230,000, which is pretty good, right? It's pretty good. Um, if you had $100,000 in, um, that would be pretty crazy, right?
