Ido Farina is sharing that the Bank of England has released a paper named Ripple Exploring the Synchronized Settlement of Payments using the Interledger protocol. He's sharing this document, right? They took a different approach for this quarter and focused on the landmark court ruling, on debunking misconceptions, and on Ripple's XRP holdings. Now here is the report, uh, and they basically go through misconceptions about XRP um, and they give the main takeaways. XRP is not in and of itself a security. Ripple's sales of XRP on exchanges are not securities. Ripple's sales of XRP by executives are not securities. A wide range of other Ripple's XRP distributions were not securities. Okay, certain Ripple sales pursuant to written contracts were investment contracts and therefore securities. Uh, misconception one, like, go through— like, this is a must-read for XRP holders. Flutterwave is extending remittance solutions to US and Canada, okay, enabling money transfers from those countries to Africa. Now, to prove that this is integrated with Ripple, uh, here's a, a thing from 2018 from Flutterwave showing that they have, uh, fit Ripple's blockchains in— Ripple's blockchain into, uh, the core infrastructure for Africa payments.
