IOTA UPDATE 2024!

IOTA passed a rebase vote and is moving to delegated proof-of-stake with 150 validator slots, adding firms like Nansen and Anchor. The upgrade cuts transaction fees, adds sponsored transactions, and targets 10-15% APY for stakers through 6-7% annual inflation.

Just popping in on X to give you guys an update on my thoughts on IOTA. There is some huge upgrades and updates happening on IOTA. You guys know I've been talking about IOTA on my channels occasionally for years now. Okay, like years. And they are now doing their IOTA rebase vote. The vote is happening, has already happened. It looks to be way in favor. And Rebase is coming, and this is like probably the biggest upgrade they've ever done. There's a lot of different changes. I am still holding the IOTA token. I've been holding it for years. I am extremely bullish and even more bullish now that they're actually trying to do something to capitalize on the new momentum that they're gaining. Okay, so you can see they, they're welcoming in some new validators. They've got Nansen on there, they've got Anchor on there, and some other big crypto companies that are going to be the new validators. This is going to implement a ton of upgrades. I'm on the article on my laptop right now, and basically it's going to be full decentralization of the IOTA ledger through a delegated proof-of-stake mechanism. There's going to be 150 permissionless validator slots, very low transaction fees, adaptive fee burn mechanisms, sponsored transactions, the ability to earn IOTA tokens as staking rewards, which is very interesting. There's an initial target of 6 to 7% per year of inflation issued to reward stakers and validators, and they're moving based smart contracts on a parallelized DAG-based layer-1 ledger. This is absolutely insane. IOTA, if you really look into it, They're one of the most established projects in all of crypto, easily, easily. And it looks like we're going to get 10 to 15% staking APY on IOTA. So I just wanted to come on, give an update. I'm buying in anticipation for the rebase, and I'm holding. I'm bullish.
