My XRP Price Prediction + Exit Strategy! (UPDATED 2024)

In this solo YouTube commentary, Crypto Mason delivers an XRP‑only deep‑dive that blends market analysis, regulatory news, and a detailed exit strategy. He begins by framing the video’s focus on XRP’s connections to India and the Middle East (especially Dubai), emphasizing that India is a key growth driver for Ripple. Mason reviews recent price action – a brief spike to ~82 cents followed by a pull‑back – and argues that sub‑$0.50 levels present a strong buying opportunity, warning of potential “shake‑out” tactics aimed at discouraging holders. He then discusses the ETHgate controversy, contrasting David Schwartz’s view of corruption with Charles Hoskinson’s stance on SEC favoritism, linking it to the broader regulatory debate around XRP. Historical context follows, highlighting Ripple’s 2018 claim of 50 % market share in India, the partnership with Yes Bank (including its UPI‑CBDC integration), and the strategic aim of leveraging Indian institutions to sell Ripple services to U.S. banks. The video shifts to the Dubai/MENA region, citing Sologenic reports and Ripple’s presence at the Dubai FinTech Summit, underscoring the region’s sizable wallet base. Mason then examines XRP’s supply dynamics: the decline of Ripple’s escrow holdings from ~60 % to under 50 % of total supply, the continual increase in circulating supply, and the resulting price pressure. He critiques market‑cap metrics as a “psychological prison” that only shifts when Bitcoin’s market cap is surpassed, but maintains optimism that XRP could eventually reach $1 trillion market cap if Bitcoin expands. Finally, Mason outlines a granular exit strategy with profit‑taking tiers at $1, $2, $5, $10, and $15, allocating 10‑20 % of the long‑term bag at each level, and notes a future adjustment pending the XLS‑30D staking rollout. The video concludes with community engagement prompts.

What is up? I am Crypto Mason and welcome back to the Crypto Mason YouTube channel. Shout out to the Gold Squad. We look for gold in every single aspect of our lives and we always find it. Now today we have a more XRP-focused video. The only thing we're going to talk about in this video is XRP. We are going to talk about the connection between XRP and India and XRP and the Middle East. Specifically Dubai, uh, and we're also going to talk about the Ripple connection, uh, that is going on with those countries as well. And at the end of the video, I will be giving you my updated, as of October 13th, XRP price predictions and actually my exit strategy. Now those are things that fluctuate, right, depending on, on current events and news and stuff. My price predictions can fluctuate. And obviously, you know, price predictions are just opinion-based. There's nothing— no facts there in terms of guarantees. If anyone is guaranteeing you anything in crypto, you need to run far away. There's nothing that is guaranteed, um, in this space. Uh, so we'll give the exit strategy, uh, and we'll give the price prediction at the end of this. But I want to go through some crucial information because I personally believe, uh, India is one of the absolute keys to the success of Ripple and the success of XRP. Uh, also Dubai and also London and some other places, but that's going to be for another video. Let's dive in though. We're first going to cover some of the current news going on with XRP. Um, you know, we're not doing too well. Like, we are not doing too well. The XRP price um, spiked all the way to 82 cents. Like, it was like almost approaching like 90, I believe, even. Uh, and we have retraced every last bit of those gains. And this is where, um, I believe that 50-cent level or below 50 cents is actually a dope buy-in opportunity if you want to become an XRP holder in 2023. Uh, you know, most of us— or for me, for me, I've been holding XRP since 2017, and I know, you know, most other people have been in for years and years. So if you're just coming on to this, obviously you want to enter XRP way down at 20 cents or 30 cents or 10 cents, right? Obviously you want to get in as low as possible, but this 50-cent level is super strong for XRP, and I don't see us going too far below it. We're at 48 cents right now, but in, in terms of breaking into the 30 cents, uh, area, I don't see it happening. And I hope it does happen, folks, by the way, because, you know, that's the ultimate shakeout. The ultimate shakeout would be if XRP starts going to 25 cents. Uh, people will jump ship and think this thing is dead. And then it will shock us out of nowhere. Something massive will happen and all of those people will be caught off guard. So you do not want to be caught off guard. I do believe there's an active, like, effort to shake holders out and shake them out and make people doubt, uh, XRP and doubt Ripple. Um, but 50 cents, dude, if we go to a dollar, that's double your money, right? We go to $2, that's like 4 times your money. Okay, so really, really consider, uh, stacking your long-term bag. I've announced that I'm done buying XRP unless obviously it goes to 10 cents or something insane. I will buy more, um, but I've announced that, you know, my long-term bag is solidified and all the new money that I'm making is going into other opportunities. Uh, that doesn't mean I'm still bullish, or that doesn't mean I'm not bullish on XRP. That means I am being a strategic investor. and making sure I don't have that massive opportunity cost, uh, from just consistently putting bags into XRP and not capitalizing on other opportunities. Let's start out with this piece of news from David Schwartz regarding his counter statement to Charles Hoskinson. So there's this whole ETHgate controversy, right? You guys know about ETHgate. And basically Charles had a new clip discussing ETHGate where he says ETHGate was simply unequal application, which he doesn't see anything wrong with. He believes that none of the commission, SEC's actions, presupposes corruption, but only favoritism. So he thinks that Hinman is just displaying favoritism and not corruption, uh, and then the XRP Army is arguing that, you know, it is clear corruption. David Schwartz is also saying, I would argue that a government actor showing favoritism aligned with the personal interests of themselves and their friends is corruption. I totally agree, right? This whole situation, if you don't know, is based on these Hinman emails and the Hinman speech. So Hinman, uh, Bill Hinman came out and basically gave a speech where he declared ETH and Bitcoin are not securities. And the XRP Army is arguing that this gave them ETH and Bitcoin unfair advantage because they had this clarity because one SEC official, uh, said it right now. The whole argument is, does his personal beliefs— was that a personal belief or was that an official statement from the SEC? All of that comes in there. Um, and basically, you know, he was aligned with a bunch of Ethereum-related stuff, and Ethereum did benefit from him saying that. So that's, uh, David's response to, uh, to Cardano founder, um, Charles Hoskinson there. I found that very interesting. That's the most recent news. Now we're gonna switch over to some stuff from 5 years ago. Now, why am I bringing up old stuff? Well, it's important to understand, uh, where Ripple stands with India, okay? Because we're going to be covering Ripple and India, and I'm going to show you something from 5 years ago that is pretty shocking. But first, we have this video from AJ Coom right here, and he's showing his brother from India buying some candy, some sweets and paying with his iPhone, uh, it's— or paying with his phone. It's like less than a dollar. He paid in seconds. This is what CBDC is. Nothing wrong with all the BS you hear from others. Don't worry, banks are going to always be there for ordinary people. I totally agree. Banks will most likely always be there in some form for regular people. Not everyone on Earth is responsible enough to become their own bank. When you get into crypto, you're becoming your own bank. You're responsible for every single thing, right? Your, your seed phrase and all of that. You actually are custodying your crypto, and you need to be responsible in that. And most people aren't. They just want to trust a bank and lend their money to a bank. But watch this video as this guy goes in, right? The, the gas station or whatever, um, has a little QR code Boom, he scans it, and boom, it's done. And he's gonna grab his bag, uh, that he bought, and he says under less than a dollar, and he paid it in seconds. Instant payments will absolutely change the world, okay? You really need to sit down and think about this. How would instant payments change the world? Well, why do I have to wait if I'm working a day— if I'm working a day job, why do I have to wait until Friday or every other Friday to get paid is because things are slow, right? That company that you're getting paid by is waiting for other payments to clear and all this BS happens, right? But when that speeds up, it's going to be so freaking impactful on everything. When cross-border payments are instant and money is just flowing at the speed of information, right? And that's what Ripple is trying to do. It's the internet of value, right? We can share information in one second, right? I can send an email for free to anyone, to China, to anywhere, for free, and they can get that information. Why can't money be sent like that, right? And Ripple and XRP are trying to solve that problem. So this guy's kind of arguing that CBDCs aren't bad. Um, and you know, I, I agree to an extent. Like, if CBDC is what it, what it has to go to to introduce instant payments, then that's what it has to go to. Just know that I'm never gonna use that bullshit, right? I'm never gonna use— you guys should never use the CBDC. If everything is instant, just use crypto, right? Let's popularize crypto as the opt-out solution. Um, but Ripple will be underlaying all of this technology, be under it, right? This is the, the example I always use is like, you don't have to learn, uh, how a car works to drive one, right? Like inside of the car, all the engine and all how that works, most people don't know how the heck that works, but they drive the car every day and they use it. This is going to be the same thing. People will be using their banking, sending money everywhere in the world And just one day they'll get a, they'll get an email from their bank saying, hey, payments are now instant everywhere, cross-border. It won't even mention Ripple. It won't mention anything. But we need to find out what Ripple is underlaying. Now let's move on from the payments talk here and talk more directly about Ripple and India. This is an article from 5 years ago on NewsBTC. Okay, so a Bitcoin news site that has BTC in the name reporting on Ripple. How funny. If we go over here, right, Ripple has 50% share of Indian market. This was in 5 years ago, okay, 5 years ago. That's, um, that's— what is that now? Uh, 2018. Uh, and basically they're quoting Birla, okay, Senior Vice President of Product Ashish Birla, and he's still there, right? He's still there, I believe. Um, basically he says, uh, Birla said that Ripple, which owns 60% of the total XRP supply— by the way, this has drastically changed as we will see further into the video. We're going to look at some supply charts. Birla said that Ripple owns 60% of the supply and that they would try and convince Indian financial institutions to join RippleNet. Okay, so their strategy, uh, right here— how do you get 2 billion people onto Ripple? Do we give the currency away to every Indian? That's like 2 billion, just give it away? No, right? Look what he says right here, uh, and so now I think that in our pipeline we have probably 50% of the market in India in their pipeline, either integrated onto Ripple or in the deal. In the sort of pipeline to be signed to India. And guess what? We're going to take that back to Wells Fargo and we're going to say there's not a better way to send into India than Ripple. You know, so this is, this is kind of their strategy is go grab the market share in India, get all these financial institutions on board, and then go and take it to a huge US entity like Wells Fargo and say like, dude, there's no better way to, to send your gazillions of dollars into India than Ripple, so use us, right? That's their main strategy there. But the reason I wanted to show you this is because even back in 2018, they're saying we have 50% of the market in India. It's insane. So where is that at now? And the most recent piece of news, like good, like, solid factual news, uh, between the connection of Ripple and India is Yes Bank. Yes Bank is a direct Ripple partner, okay? And here's the proof. If you need the proof, it's right here, okay? This is a 2018 article. A lot of this stuff happened in 2018. That's key to remember, uh, and you know, where is— where was the XRP price in 2018? It was on the decline. Let's go and look at it. Okay, this is when they were signing partnerships. This is the daily chart back in 2017. Let's check where the, the price of XRP was at in September 2018. If we look, right, January, February, all the way down here, April, boom, boom, like it just continues down, it continues down. But September, we had already crashed from $3 to 20 cents, uh, and it looks like there was actually a pretty big spike up to 80%, um, probably around the time of this partnership with Yes Bank. Uh, so very interesting, but they have directly said, um, that they are partnered. Yes Bank has signed a partnership with Ripple to help facilitate inbound remittances from North America, Middle East, and United Kingdom. Okay, and in this they also compare it to Swift and basically say how trash Swift is, right? Takes 3 to 5 days and 4% of payments fail. Imagine having a payment fail. How stupid is that? Like, we're in 2023 and you're having payments fail. How can it fail? Like, what? Like, money is such a weird, complex thing, I think, uh, because why isn't, why isn't it simple to send money to China? Like, why does it take 5 days? That's because it still ran on a garbage old system, and that is being updated. And one of the main players that's updating it is Ripple. Okay, so Yes Bank right here, just for reference, in 2023 they did $3.4 billion of revenue, operating income $400 million, net income was almost $100 million. Okay. They have 23,000 employees. It's massive. Headquartered in Mumbai, India. Okay, now this in— when was this? This was 2023. Yes, September of 2023. Okay, Yes Bank is now live with UPI interoperability on the RBI CBDC app. Now what is RBI CBDC? Uh, if we look it up, that's the Reserve Bank of India. India's central bank is live, um, with Yes Bank. Okay, yes, or sorry, Yes Bank is live on their CBDC app. Now this is like the first, um, the first bank connected to a CBDC in India that also has a RippleNet connection. Um, so very, very cool right there. And he makes sure he's, he's making sure he's clear right here. This isn't a Ripple-connected project, let alone XRP. Just trying to track places where things could coalesce in a way that point to further trends and development. So super, uh, super like brushing it to the side, but this is big stuff right here. This is big stuff. India could be the absolute key with them owning that market share in 2018. What happened, right? Where's all the development? It's all like secretive. It's all secretive what they're doing in India, and it's coming out through players like Yes Bank. So let's move on to the Dubai connection, and then we'll get into some of the charts and, uh, showing you my exit strategy and price predictions. The UAE— this is a report from Sologenic— the UAE has led the way in emerging XRP technology. And if we go to their article right here on Sologenic, Um, basically they say that Dubai is a massive player. Uh, well, we know Dubai is a crypto hub, um, but Dubai alone, uh, the MENA region— okay, so MENA, if we look up the MENA region just to get clarity on what the MENA region actually is, the Middle East and North Africa MENA region covers the enormous area extending from the Atlantic coast of Africa to the borders of Pakistan and Afghanistan in Central Asia. So the MENA region, um, boasts over almost 5 million wallets from that region. 20% of customers coming from the MENA region. This is how important that MENA region is. And then you throw India's region on top of that, right? And it just gets massive. So if we go over here, you can see, uh, Brad back in January, February, March, April May, right there, 05/09, right there, uh, Ripple was at the Dubai Fintech Summit, and essentially Brad was, was kind of boasting about how Dubai is greatly involved in this, uh, and that's where that piece of news comes from, uh, down here. So highlighting that region. Now let's look at some charts here because the main thing with XRP— I'm going to zoom out on my chart right here and I'm going to show you something insane. Look at this. Just look what's on your screen, dude. XRP price in 2017, it was able to go to almost $4. The XRP price in 2021 was able to go to almost $2. And then we actually straight up won the lawsuit and became one of the only crypto assets with actual regulatory clarity in the United States, and we were only able to go to almost a dollar. So the gains are halving. It's halving, right? The gains are literally almost being cut in half. Um, exactly. So what does the next bull run look like? 50 cents? No, we're sitting at 50 cents right now, right? The gains are getting smaller and smaller and smaller. It's very insane. Uh, and this, in my opinion, is because we're swimming against the tide of rampant dumping. Of the XRP token on the market. Uh, so if we look over here at the Q2 markets report, uh, for 2023, Q2 XRP markets report, um, Ripple talks about the XRP that it holds. And we saw in this article from 5 years ago, Ripple used to hold 60% of the total supply. Now guess what? They hold under 50%. So right here, June 30, um, the total XRP held by Ripple is only $5.5 billion, but the total XRP subject to on-ledger escrow is $41.9 billion. So they're, uh, significantly under 50%, right? Way under 60%, which they used to be, okay? So, oh shoot, this has been— oh, this was updated August 2nd, 2023. Is that real? So this is actually of August 2nd. Is that real? I'm not sure. The fact here is though, XRP or Ripple holds way less XRP, okay? And the majority, they say that the majority of the, the XRP that's released from escrow is put back into escrow. This is the thing people don't understand, uh, these biz— these crypto tokens have no actual revenue streams. They don't even make money as a company. They don't have any product that makes money. So what Ripple has to do is dump their own token to fund their operations. And it's sad, right? Most of these crypto tokens are in that position where they don't actually have a real business. Their business was launching a token selling it to you and then dumping on you. That's just, just the reality. Every single token team has done this essentially, right? There's some that have not, um, and those are like, those are probably failures at this point, not getting anywhere, because you need money to grow the business. So I personally don't care that Ripple has utilized XRP as a way to grow their business. The reason I don't care is because they don't make any money unless XRP goes up. XRP needs to go up for them to make money. They have a— they have several different reasons why they would want XRP's token price to go up. Okay, so as we can see by the circulating supply chart, this is on Messari. Um, if you guys want access to this, I'll leave a Messari referral link in the description. We're not sponsored by them. I wish. They're a dope company. Some of the best charts I've ever seen. Very in-depth charts here. Um, you guys could sign up if you want. I have the paid subscription, so I'm able to see some of these crazy charts. But this is the circulating supply over the last year. As you can see, just increasing like crazy. This is 5 years, and this is all— okay, so the whole history from 2013, just increasing steadily. 90 days, increasing steadily. This means you're swimming against a tide because more tokens are coming into circulation basically every single day, right? Every single day, basically, um, tokens are coming in, new tokens are coming into circulation. So the— how can the price even go up when the supply is just constantly increasing? Uh, and then if we scroll down, we can kind of see the active supply. You can also see the supply in the top 1% of addresses. Um, supply in addresses with a balance greater than 10 million. Like, there's crazy charts on here. But the reason I want to show you this is to show you that you're actively swimming against the tide when you're in XRP. So let's talk about market cap. As an XRP holder, you should be educated enough to know that market cap does not matter. Market cap is a psychological prison for people. Okay, this is how it works in crypto. It's a psychological prison only, uh, and until that's broken, nothing— no absurd price action can even happen because Bitcoin is the gatekeeper, and CoinMarketCap and Binance are the gatekeepers of this psychological prison. They're the wardens, like they're the owners of this prison we call market cap. Because the true way, the true way that market cap actually works— if we click onto one of these assets, right, and we hover over market cap, listen to what it says: the total market value of a cryptocurrency circulating supply. Market cap equals current price times circulating supply. So for example, if I put a token into circulation Um, if I like, I generate a token right now with 1 trillion, uh, of the tokens in the circulating supply, and then one person buys it for $1, by the definition of market cap, that token should have a trillion dollar market cap. That's how this works, okay? That's how this works. And this is why you will get an asset like HEX right, who recently got sued by the SEC. Richard Heart did. And look at that chart, right? That chart is crumbled, right? The SEC doesn't protect no one, they just wreck people. This is why you can get an asset that— look at this market cap, $513 million right there. But where is HEX ranked? It doesn't even— does it even show the rank on here? Where does it show the rank anymore? Hold on, let me go back to Bitcoin. Where is it? Where does it show the rank? It doesn't even show the rank anymore. The fact of the matter is though, look at this market cap. So half a billion dollars, right, is the HEX market cap. How is that possible? Half a billion? Half a billion would put you in the number 2 spot. Or sorry, sorry, hold on. Yeah, that, that's half a billion. So if we go down, actually, let's see, are they properly ranked? This might destroy my whole argument if they're properly ranked. No, they're not. They're not properly ranked. HEX should be somewhere in here, okay? HEX should be number 62, right below Fantom, okay? Or right above Fantom. It should be there, but it's not. Because they gatekeep the concept of market cap. So until they allow the breaking of this psychological market cap prison and something surpasses Bitcoin, nothing can happen. That's the key thing, is Ethereum or something else needs to surpass the market cap of Bitcoin and show people what market cap really is. Okay, so market cap doesn't matter but we still love to do these calculations for fun. They're strictly for fun. They don't mean anything. But if XRP had Bitcoin's market cap of half a billion or half a trillion, it would be worth $10. Now, do I think that XRP can get to Bitcoin's current market cap? Yes, 100%. 100%. It can get there, right? It can absolutely get there. In my opinion. I believe it can go to $1 trillion, and all of this really depends on Bitcoin's market cap going to $5 trillion and $6 trillion, all those big numbers. Um, but if we go to $1 trillion, right, you're still at a 40x. $20, $20 XRP. So let's get into my price prediction and, um, and exit strategy, and we'll wrap up this video. This is a long video, folks. My prediction is that we one day will break all-time high and we will go to $10, we will go to $15, and anything beyond that I don't really care about. Okay, I don't care anymore to speculate on $100, $50, and all of that. This is someone who, like, XRP currently is someone who you continue giving a task to do and they continue coming up short. They're half-assing the job every single time. That's what XRP is right now, and you have to be able to admit that. If you hear me saying that and you're like, oh, screw you, Mason, you jump ship, blah blah blah blah blah— no, I'm someone who's telling you that the raw truth as an unbrainwashed XRP holder, that this is like someone you give them a task and they do a 30% effort job every time, 50% effort job every time. You're giving this coin the task of going to these crazy heights and it keeps coming up short every single time. That's what this is, okay? And until, until it shows you that it can do a great job, which means get past all-time high— so until this shitty worker can give you, can show you that they can exceed the previous high that they set, I don't care about it, okay? So until this thing can go past all-time high, I don't care about speculating on crazy price on it. And, you know, as I'm, as I'm literally speculating on, on crazy price, um, but I'm showing you my exit strategy. This red line is the first place that I take profit, okay? As we approach all-time high, you need to be thinking about taking profit. And right there, it's gonna be at least 10 to 20, bro. I'm going 10 to 20% of my long-term bag needs to be on this line, okay? Because the psychological battles of getting to $4 even are gonna be insane, okay? People are gonna— it's gonna dump at $1. Like, as soon as we hit $1, it's gonna dump. Then it's gonna dump at $1.50. Then it's gonna dump at $2. There's so much psychological resistance levels we have to break through, and actual real resistance walls and sell walls, um, that people that want to jump ship on the way up, they're going to be selling, right? All the way up. As soon as this thing starts going up here, people are going to be jumping ship. Because there's a lot of people who are stuck with their XRP bag that they bought at $1 or $0.80 or whatever, and they just want out. But 10 to 20, 10 to 20 is what we're putting there. Then as we're approaching $5, I'm gonna take some more, right? It's probably gonna be another 10 to 20, another 10 to 20 as we're approaching the $5. I'm talking before we approach these levels. I'm taking profit before we actually hit and cross all-time high, uh, and then another before we hit that $5 level. And then this box is the god box up here, okay? This is where you're, you're almost approaching $10. This has to be a 20 to 40%, okay? And then, and at that point, on the low end uh, we've liquidated 40% of the long-term bag. On the high end, we're sitting at 80%, and that might be too high now that I'm thinking about it. This has got to be, you know, 30, uh, and this might even— like, it depends what I choose. It's all, it's all going to be about feeling, and it's going to be about the catalyst, what actually made XRP go this high for some reason. We're going to be looking at the reasons And trust me, bro, when this thing is pumping, we're going to be live. We're going to be talking about it every single day. It will be the greatest moment ever on Twitter. You got to be on Twitter with notifications on. You got to be everywhere because the live tweeting when this stuff happens will be insane. But ultimately, this is the exit strategy, right? And at the high end, I have 70% liquidated by $10, right? And then above that, it's just going to be holding, holding, holding long term. Now the only caveat here is staking, right? When XLS-30D comes out, I will do an updated exit strategy video, um, to show you, you know, because why would I sell when I can just make passive income off staking and, uh, yield farming and providing liquidity with my XRP? Why would I sell? And we'll make an updated one on that. But I hope you guys enjoyed this long 30-plus minute video. I love every single one of you. Drop a like and comment, join the Gold Squad Discord, and goodbye.
