All right, no intro on this video just because this is just a quick video. I want to make a warning slash like a just an update on one of the pieces of news that I just covered in my recent, uh, daily market update today. But this is about Electroneum, and this is about, um, this new piece of stuff, piece of like document that has came out. We need to cover this. So you guys see, you guys saw me cover this, and I was kind of weary to— I was kind of weary to just mention this, but this is an important video. Watch till the end because we're about to go over something very important. So I was sent this by multiple people right here. This one's from Bam Silver. You saw this in the, um, daily market update video, but look at this. So, so what this actually is, is a company was created. It was incorporated on June 22nd, 2021. Okay, so that is like, like, that's, uh, recent, like super recent. June, uh, 22nd, 2021, one month ago. Called the Digital Pound Foundation Limited. The Digital Pound Foundation Limited. So now I understand what this actually was. I was kind of confused on what this was because they just led me to this page. It has an incorporation document and then it has a current accounting period document. But now I know what this is. This is— and it's because I found this write-up right here. There are 4 active directors And you guys, this is from Quantany right here. This is a bit old, July 19th, but this is actually massive right here. Look, they have listed Gilbert Verdian, which we know is the Quant CEO, right here. As you can see— hold on— Gilbert Verdian right here. Jeremy James O'Brien Wilson, who is from Barclays. Barclays, right? Mr. Richard John Els, who is from Electroneum. And that is the focus of this video, is on Electroneum, which is actually pumping right now. And I will— I'm gonna be transparent, I did ape into Electroneum. Ape means you just like full send, like just boom, I'm just boom, like no hesitation. I did ape into this, and I will tell you what I did. Usually these type of updates are saved for the Crypto Knight Premium people or my Udemy. These are the updates that are saved for that, but I will give you one right now. I sold half of my XYO bag. Half, half of my big XYO bag. And because it was on KuCoin, I, I aped into this. Now, this is not financial advice. Please do your own research. I'm gonna do most of the research for you right here. Uh, but please do your own research. Use safe investing principles. Let me tell you how big I'm up on XYO. So yeah, I just went and checked. I don't want you to see my portfolio, but I just checked and I'm up about 300% on XYO. So basically I completed a swing trade. I sold half of that and I bought some Electroneum. This is how you ride rockets. I am hoping that this is going to rocket um, shortly. And, and I'm holding for long term on this because I think it's just as great as a long-term hold after I show you what I'm about to show you right now. And Susan Friedman, okay, so back to this with the 4 directors. We've got Susan Friedman, she is at Ripple, okay? She's at Ripple. And if we look at, um, this document right here, this is in the incorporation document and it lists Electroneum right here. It lists Billion Financial Limited, it lists Quant Network, and it lists Ripple Labs right here. Okay, I'm not sure what Billion Financial is. Let's just do one Google. Billion Financial. Maybe this is the Barclays, maybe this is the Barclays one, but I'm not sure because this is so new. Like, you guys are gonna see in a second here So Electroneum, right, is listed as a state— like, this is a statement of guarantee. So it says, I confirm that if the company is wound up while I am a member, or within one year after I cease to be a member, I will contribute to the assets of the company by such amount as may be required for payments of debts and liabilities of the company contracted before I cease to be a member. Payments of costs, charges, and expenses of winding up and adjustment of the rights, blah blah blah blah blah. A bunch of weird shit that doesn't— I don't, I don't even know what it means. And I don't know what this means either: amount guaranteed GPB-1. So what are they guaranteeing? These are the guarantors, guarantors right here, uh, Bilyan Financial, Electroneum, Ripple Labs, and Quant Network. But But what are they guaranteeing? It says amount guaranteed GBP1, Great British Pound 1, because this is the Digital Pound Foundation. They just made a Twitter right here. Um, apparently this is their Twitter. They joined in July 2021. Now please, like, this is all speculation, man. Like, big disclaimer, this is all speculation. Um, at first I wasn't getting a good vibe off this. Just because of all— like, this is very weird and it's so new. If you go to their website— hold on— if you go to their website, they've only just got the domain. They've only got the domain and it doesn't— there's no website attached to it. So it just leads to this, and this is where you can see they registered their domain with Dynadot. Right? So this is so new. They said keep an eye out for digitalpoundfoundation.co. Launch dates will be confirmed in due course. So the most recent was July 30th. They put a registration right here. See, I'm not sure— look at Nick Jonas. Wow. Yeah, this is exactly how I'm feeling right now. Some people say I look like him. Uh, but this is how I'm feeling. Is this a legit Twitter account? Is this legit? Let's check the quote tweets. What are people saying? So basically everyone is convinced that this is something. Now we need to be careful, but the, the investment I made off of this is still not risky in my opinion. Like, it— like, Electroneum, what is up big, but this is such a small cap. I do— I have checked this project out before. As you can see, if you zoom in on here, it says GBP right here. So they're definitely involved with GBP. Just full transparency, I have not done the full deep dive into Electroneum. I've not done the full deep dive into Electroneum. But if they're involved in this Digital Pound Foundation, and we know that Quant is creating the Latin American dollar, like, do you see the reasoning here? I'm using using my brain to reason about what this could be about. Like, also on a decoding level, close your ears if you're not open-minded, but all of the Grateful Dead stuff that we've been covering— look at this, Electronium. I mean, the logo, the logo for Electronium is literally the bolt in between right here. You see that? The Electronium. Uh, it's the Grateful Dead logo. So I'm gonna probably enjoy a pump from this. I believe it's about to really, really hit once people figure this out. Uh, and I mean, like, the investment is no part of this, by the way. Like, don't think I'm trying to tell you to invest in Electroneum. I was very hesitant to even drop money into Electroneum. Uh, but it's been one that I've been watching for a while. Like, just certain people tell me to watch, tell me to go on to it and stuff, um, or tell me to research it, and I should research it more. But this is very interesting. But like Gilbert Verdian, he's right there, company director. Like, they're all there. There's 4 of them, right? And it's these people. So I'm using my brain, there's nothing that seems off here. I, I like— the only thing that seems off is the Twitter, where I'm just like, okay, like, let's get a logo going. But that's why it's so new. Like, let's get a logo, let's get real shit behind this. So this might be the seed form of something crazy. So there's two reasons: to warn you about a possible Electroneum pump off of this, which it looks like it already has been, right? This was the day of people actually finding out, or the day of, uh, Quantany's tweet right here, July 16th. It pumped, and now I believe it's about to head for another pump. Um, but the main point of this was to tell you about this news of Digital Pound Foundation, and that's it. That's it. So short little video.
