The Russian government has just approved a law allowing the use of crypto for global payments. So they are being sanctioned and they can't send money across borders in some cases, and to fix this they're using crypto because crypto is borderless, it's frictionless, it's instant, it's low fees, and it's better than any dollar or fiat currency on the earth. This was approved by the lower house of Russia and this permits making international payments via cryptocurrencies. Now I know exactly what all of us XRP and Ripple people are thinking. This is perfect. Technically, it is now legal to use XRP in Russia for cross-border payments because XRP is a crypto token and they've just made that legal. All I can say is this is bullish.
