What is up? I am Crypto Mason and welcome back to the Crypto Mason YouTube channel. Shout out to the Gold Squad. We look for gold in every single aspect of our lives and we always find it. Now today we most definitely have some gold for you. Make sure you're watching till the end of this video, absolutely packed with info. There's been a lot happening. The videos have been more infrequent lately because I've been traveling, and we got a lot to cover in this video. So the first thing that you need to make sure that you are paying attention to is Christmas is coming up, and you guys know I am Santa Claus. So 12 Days of Giveaways is happening through the Gold Squad. We are doing 12 Days of Giveaways starting on December 14th. We will have a giveaway every single day, thousands of dollars worth of prizes, all the way up until Christmas. All of the winners will be drawn on Christmas, and we're gonna hand out gifts like Santa. So make sure you're in the Gold Squad Discord, uh, you will have to be in there. Uh, we do have the 12 Days of Giving channel already up. As you can see, a lot of people are hyped for it already. Let's get into the market update though. The market cap of crypto is at $856 billion. So here's our chart, right? We're still in that blue box that I did extend down, if you guys remember. In the last video, I did pull this down a bit, uh, basically to like $700 billion. Now this to me feels like right now we could slip to the upside a little bit more. I'm leaning like 70% probably that we do pump up a little bit from here. Uh, now obviously there's always potential that we slip down to that $700 billion, uh, but honestly, if we look at the Bitcoin chart, we're at $17,000. Uh, $17,000 right now, up, uh, 0.27, 1.28% on 7 days. Not too, not too good. This feels like it could slip downwards to me, right? So the total market cap feels like it could slip upwards, but this feels like this could drop off even a little bit more here and go down. Personally, I am still convinced that there will be one more, like, big event that takes this market all the way down to the bottom. Although I would not be opposed to buying right now, like, and just stacking your bags. But that is only for people who believe in crypto long term, right? If we go to the market cap of crypto, this thing has had many mega drops. Like, look at this right here. In 2021, we dropped from $2.5 all the way down to $1.2. Right? We lost basically a lot of money and we went right back up. And this is historically the same exact thing. We have dips, but in the long term, the holders always come out on top if you hold strong fundamental projects. Don't be thinking that you're going to be able to buy meme coins here and they're going to shoot up. No. Okay, so that, that's what I'm thinking on the market. What you need to be doing right now is focusing on narrative trading. So these narratives that keep getting pushed, you can actually make some money trading narratives right now. Uh, the biggest gainer today is Osmosis. We have talked about Osmosis on this channel in the past. This is a DeFi protocol on Cosmos, okay? Decentralized, uh, it's a DEX on Cosmos. Uh, you can actually stake your ATOM in here. There's good farming and everything. Um, but Osmosis is the biggest gainer today. I don't hold any Osmosis. I don't actually hold any Cosmos, but I am bullish on Cosmos as a, as a whole ecosystem there. So what, yeah, what you need to be focused on right now is not looking at prices or anything. Just try to read the narratives that are happening. Everybody's getting tarnished, bro. Every single company right now is getting their moment of tarnishing. They're tarnishing right now. It's The Block. That's getting tarnished, and we're going to talk about that. It was FTX, now it's The Block, uh, because they— we'll get into it, we'll get into it. That's a news outlet. But lots of companies are having this bear market effect right now. And dude, if you can make it through this, you can make it through anything. Okay, so let's talk a bit about exchanges and insolvency. This Travis Kling is starting the FUD around Binance, a little bit of FUD around Binance. Uh, he's saying if you have assets on Binance or Binance US, you need to take them off right now and you should sell your BUSD. Um, and he's basically saying that the rumor mill around Binance being insolvent or Binance getting ready to crumble is cranking up. Okay, I don't believe that Binance will crumble. If that happens, this space is set back years and years. Okay, and lots of people will get freaking wrecked from that, and that would just be the end for now, right? It's never the end of crypto because we in the end will prosper, but that will set us back a while. But that's not going to happen. I don't think that's going to happen, uh, but the rumor mill is cranking up, okay? And I'll, I'll, I'll gladly be wrong on that if Binance does crumble. I don't think they're gonna crumble, bro. I am an official partner of Binance, so I have to disclose that. This though is a good rule of thumb. Just don't hold your money on exchanges, dude. Go buy a Ledger. Link in the description if you want to buy a Ledger. Uh, good Christmas gift for any crypto people. But get your crypto on cold hardware wallets, cold storage, okay? Don't be holding any money on exchanges. It's just not worth it at this point. Any— even if it's Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, whatever. Don't do it. So let's move into what CZ from Binance is saying. Kevin O'Leary has had his reputation tarnishing moment right now. Uh, it has came out that Kevin O'Leary took $15 million to be a paid spokesperson for FTX. Okay, he took $15 million, and he says in this Squawk Box interview that he only invested $9 million. Or around $10 million of his own money. So Kevin O'Leary has been playing the victim, okay? He's been playing the victim and saying, oh, it's embarrassing, I got wrecked, I lost lots of personal money. Dude, you came out $5 million positive on this, okay? And then we had CZ and SBF kind of battling in the comments, uh, or the replies of this tweet, um, and basically, you know, Sam says Binance guy, or CZ, is lying and all this stuff. It's a big debacle. But the thing is, you just need to pay attention to what Sam is going to say on December 13th. He's going to testify, and it's illegal to lie to Congress, so he better not come in with the lies. I expect that Sam is going to be saying a lot of like, I don't have this data, I don't know enough yet, because that's what he's been saying on Twitter. Let's talk about what the exchanges are doing right now, which is very peculiar, dude. It's very— Binance US has just removed all trading fees for Ethereum. So if you go on Binance US, uh, which you can sign up for in the link in the description, and you want to, uh, buy ETH, there's no trading fees on Ethereum. How weird is that? So this guy right here, I, I agree with this guy. He says this just means they're trying to get rid of their Ethereum to bag holders. So they're trying to sell off their Ethereum. A lot of people think that this is pretty suspect, uh, of them being insolvent, but I don't know. But I think they're kind of just trying to, uh, trying to drive signups, and maybe they're trying to make some money off this and get some fiat for their ETH bags. Coinbase did the same thing. They have removed all fees for trading your USDT to USDC, so kind of indirectly flooding, uh, USDC. So making people scared about US— or sorry, making people a little bit scared of USDT. They're— excuse me— they're encouraging people to switch to the trusted and reputable digital dollar, which they're saying is USDC. So all the exchanges making interesting moves, chess moves right now. It's very crazy to see. So we do have a good little breaking news from HBAR right here today. An official licensed FIFA World Cup game has launched on HBAR on Hedera. Own the Zone, it's called. This is officially licensed by FIFA. Very cool. Built by Reality Plus Web3. Very, very cool. You know, I don't know how it's going to do. I don't know how the game is. I haven't played it. This isn't a sponsored thing at all. But that's interesting to see that they're also— FIFA is also licensing stuff to HBAR as well as Algorand. Now let's talk about the XRP buyback. So here's our little XRP section in this video. I don't think there will be an XRP buyback. I've seen this idea coming up again and again and again. Any influencer, bro, who's telling you that there will be an XRP buyback, in my opinion, is trying to brainwash you, and you might be brainwashed by them and they want you to just keep watching, and they're going to sell you this dream and sell you this dream and hopes and dreams. Okay, be careful, okay? Because I don't think— I think this is a stupid idea, to be honest. I said, uh, there will be no XRP buyback in my opinion. Sorry to crush your hopes and dreams. If they want XRP, just go and buy it back on the market for 30 cents. Why would they pay $30,000 per XRP when they can just go on the public damn market and buy it for 30 cents. What, like, if it's not— if it was made not for retail? That's a lot of people think, that XRP is not for retail. Uh, dude, they launched it to the public. If it was not for retail, they would have kept it private from day one, okay? And by the way, this does not mean the XRP price won't or can't go to astronomical prices. I believe XRP will do very well, but this buyback idea has been propagated by venture capitalists, in my opinion, to try and get you to buy and hold XRP, okay? Because that's the only way prices go up is if you buy and hold it, okay? Another little thought on this— or sorry, yeah, another little thought on this is I would love to be proven wrong about this. This is the one thing that I am praying that I get— I am wrong on this, because I would happily be rich and wrong. Because if XRP gets a buyback somehow from whoever, the Federal Reserve or whoever they're peddling to do that, um, you know, I will be rich. Every XRP holder will be rich. Uh, and I, I'll gladly be wrong on this. Moving on, XRP continues to become more decentralized. Here's a graph, a pie chart of of the XRP Ledger validators. As you can see, no entity on the XRP Ledger controls more than 2 validators or 5%, 5.7% of the vote. And as time goes on, this will get more decentralized. So if you are saying, uh, that XRP is centralized, you are ignorant to actually doing research. Moving on, we have— this is our CBDC section right here. Nigeria has banned ATM cash withdrawals over $225 a week, uh, to force the use of their CBDC. Okay, forcing is never the way. I like this guy saying that right there. So they are trying desperate means, you know, banning ATM withdrawals that are over $225 a week. To try to get people to use the CBDC. Like, horrible. Okay, now let's talk about some fun stuff. I actually received my Palau ID, my digital Palau ID. I'll show this, uh, on the camera right here. It came in this little cool envelope stamped right there with the RNS thing. Got the physical ID card as well. This is actually a project called RNS Global. This is not sponsored at all. This is the world's first sovereignty-backed digital ID platform. So I bought their NFT, which gave me a, you know, the application form to apply for a digital residency ID. Now, you know what? I impulse bought this, which means I didn't do a ton of research. I saw the word Palau and ID and you're able to get your own like sovereign ID right here. I don't actually know a lot of the benefits of this. Okay, so, but, you know, people are getting their, their ID, uh, very, very cool stuff. I don't know if this— it's a digital residency card, so I'm a digital resident of Palau. Now, the cool thing about Palau is that Ripple is actually partnered with the Republic of Palau, and Palau is, uh, is a bunch of islands. It looks beautiful, uh, but they earlier this year, November— or earlier last year, November '23, are helping Palau with a USD-backed digital currency. Okay, and they're gonna use, uh, Ripple's advice here and Ripple's, uh, you know, design and policy support, even their technical and business— technical business design and policy support, and exploring, uh, using the XRP Ledger for this. Very, very cool stuff. And I'm a digital resident now. Amazing. Let's talk about what happened with The Block, which is a news outlet, uh, and we're going to get into some controversy about the news outlets and influencers doing paid sponsorships. We do have a sponsorship at the end of this video. We're going to talk about a little bit about, you know, people doing sponsored videos. Disgraced FTX founder SBF secretly paid $27 million to the crypto news portal The Block. So this dude was giving undisclosed loans to the block to keep it afloat. Now, the CEO has came out and admitted that this was happening and he has apologized to people. Some of the reporters are outraged that this was happening. But the underlying thing here, why are crypto news outlets not held to the same standard as influencers? Okay, BitBoy points this out right here, saying Cointelegraph will take $10,000 from literally any project for a PR article. CoinDesk is owned by Digital Currency Group for the Matrix. CoinDesk and Cointelegraph, all the mainstream crypto news outlets, are for the Matrix. The Block was a paid mouthpiece for Alameda, and we're just finding that out now. And he says, I don't understand why written media is not held to the same standard as YouTubers are. This is a fact. I shared this right here from, uh, a Chain Wire So on Chainwire, you can pay $13,499 from your project to get on 75+ guaranteed news outlets. Cointelegraph, all the biggest news outlets are in on that. Okay, why do they not get any heat? They get zero heat for doing sponsored PR on literal trash projects. They will take anybody. Does they put it through their sponsored section and that's it, right? So why do they not get any heat? It doesn't make sense. It's pretty, pretty damn crazy. And then I said, or this guy said, I'm quite tired of content creators that put a ton of work into offering free content getting blasted because they take on sponsors, especially when they do everything right and even disclose paid ad videos. And then I replied to this and I said, the biggest facts ever. Everybody who is hating on crypto influencers would take the occasional sponsorship deal if they had worked their ass off growing the same audience. When I do a sponsored video, it is always fully disclosed because that is what you guys deserve, you know. So I've worked my ass off to build up this audience and get you guys to watch my videos every day, right? And I've provided valuable information for a year and a half or almost 2 years now. Constant information across all platforms. We've had legendary moments, right? We've been banned on YouTube by Elon Musk himself. We had 250,000 live viewers on the Dogecoin SNL thing. Multiple, multiple 10 to 50x calls. Okay. If you've been here from the start, you, you were part of those, right? You probably made money on Quant getting in at $48. HBAR, we got in at $0.03 and watched it go to $0.55. Helium was one of the first videos on my channel. Got in at $1, $1.50. That thing went up to $50, right? We've done multiple— XYO was $0.002 and ran all the way up to like 3 cents. That's like a 35x, bro. So multiple— even XRP, like 17 cents all the way up. Come on, bro. Now this is the thing, we're about to do a sponsorship. I was— I did a sponsor for Hot Wheels. Hot Wheels, like actual Hot Wheels. I'm, I'm very honored and humbled to have Hot Wheels do a sponsored video. But we did this hashtag ad right there. Hashtag ad is right there. Thank you for sponsoring this video. I verbally say thank you for sponsoring this video. Everything is fully disclosed. Okay. Speaking of sponsorships, we do have a sponsored segment of this video from Virtua. Uh, Virtua, I've talked about them before with the Cardano Island. Uh, that was my introduction into Cardano projects, was Cardano Island, uh, which is on Virtua. So Virtua has, uh, Virtua Prime right here, which is the world. So they have Virtua Prime, which is the whole world, the first planet in the Virtua metaverse, uh, and then they have, uh, Virtua, uh, Island. Okay, and then they have Cardano Island. And they have the new monster zone, uh, which is very, very cool. So here's their Twitter, uh, you can go make sure you go follow them. And the land ownership benefits here are very, very crazy, okay? You can create your own NPCs, you get to share revenues of certain collectible drops, massive, uh, benefits to holding land. I do actually have some land myself in the Virtua Metaverse. They do have a token This video is not about the token, uh, but the token's at 3 cents, 25 million market cap, so it is a small cap, uh, but this is the token that's used inside the Virtua metaverse. So here's the brand new monster, uh, zone. You can buy land or a condo. The whitelist is closed, so you'll have to, uh, get it on the secondary market, uh, or get it not through the whitelist, uh, but this is the Virtua Hub. There's 3 city zones Edge Zones, condo towers, and here's the Virtua Island right there. So they're focusing on the Monster Zone right now, which looks amazing, uh, and they do have the trailer video, uh, right here where you can see how high quality, uh, this— some of this stuff actually is. Okay, so here's inside of the, uh, the Virtua Prime Planet and the Virtua Island right here. There's the Virtua Prime Planet. Um, this is on their Gitbook. If you want more information, go to their Gitbook. They've done, uh, partnerships with Kevin Hart, Godzilla, Pacific Rim, Paramount, who did The Godfather and Top Gun, Cardano, Stephen Colbert— Colbert, is that how you say it? Elvis Presley, like Bored Ape. Like, they have done so many partnerships right here. Uh, but go and get you some land in the Virtua Metaverse if you would like. And this— I mean, I'm bullish on this project 100%, 100%. Like, apart from them sponsoring this video, I'm bullish myself. They are doing it big and they already have secured many mega partnerships. The trailer— go watch the entire trailer because it will convince you to get involved with this. Landowners can get their own cribs. They're calling them cribs, houses, you know, condos on here. And if you mint Monster Zone land plots using their token, you get a special discount. Very, very dope project right here. Go and check it out. Monster Zone out now. So final thing we have is this. This is just a bonus thing to inspire you. This is the Stellar Ripple Galaxy. Yes, there's an actual galaxy called Stellar Ripple, and that's a picture of it right there. Now I know a lot of you probably don't even believe in space. That is my audience. A lot of you guys probably don't believe in space. You know, NASA, not a space agency, started as a, as an, uh, what was it, a naval something, like for water. They started in the water, uh, NASA, on boats and shit. I don't know, or, or sea exploration, I think. Don't quote me on that. Uh, but this is the Stellar Ripple Galaxy. Okay, very, very cool. So that is all we've got. I don't know how long this video is. I love every single one of you. Make sure you're in the Gold Squad Discord. Drop a like and comment on the video, and goodbye.
