THE UNIVERSAL PROBLEM WITH XRP - Road Rants #11

Crypto Mason argues XRP has real potential but won't make ordinary investors rich quickly, with a 5-10 year shake-out or legal battle likely ahead. He also critiques the toxic crypto environment on TikTok and explores broader ideas about entrepreneurship and personal power.

What is up? I am Crypto Mason, or Mason Versluis depending on which platform you're on. I'm out here Canada weather was literally hotter than Barbados and Africa, folks, so I couldn't get out here and do a road rant. But now I'm here. What is up? I've got 3 topics in my mind. Um, I actually wrote them down because I wanted to talk about them, and they're pretty important, so you all gotta watch to the end to get my full message. My damn facial hair is growing like crazy. Should I keep going? Let me know in the comments. Should I keep going? But we're out here, it's hot as hell still, but it cooled down a little bit. It was 46 and shit. Shit's insane. Um, yeah, all right, first topic, man, we gotta talk about XRP, folks. Of course we have to talk about I probably titled the video something like this: The Universal Problem with XRP. And like, this is something you'll never hear anybody talk about. Damn, it's loud, bro. So loud. Um, yeah, this is something you'll never hear anybody talk about because nobody's as weird as me on this, uh, app. I don't think— actually, there is, there is people, but this is a weird combination of crypto and spirituality, right? The universal problem with XRP. Okay, this has nothing to do with tech, nothing to do with fundamentals or anything. Okay, this is spiritual stuff right here. Basically, what type of loud-ass truck was that? What the— okay, every— there's not an asset on this world that everybody's just gonna get rich off, folks. This is the universal problem. There are people in XRP, maybe even people who just dropped like $5K into it at a low price. Not like the universe is not going to let every single desperate-ass person get rich off of this. It doesn't work like that. It always comes harder, right? I've talked about this before. It's always— it is always more work than you think. That's why I love this quote right here. I don't know who it's from, but this quote, um, money— making money often costs too much. You guys understand that? Making money often costs too much, which basically means like— hold up, I don't want the audio to get screwed up by this. Um, yeah, making money often costs too much. What this means is like nobody wants to put the time or sacrifice in. Making a lot of money often costs too much time. That's what it's talking about. It's not talking about— actually, sometimes it even costs too much money to begin to make money. Like, if personally, if I had, if I had $2 million in capital, you know what I could do? I could literally do everything I want in business. It's just about getting that initial capital. And my plan in my personal life is basically to use the capital from my business, music marketing agency, which I previously had, right? All of that capital, I use it to invest in crypto, and hopefully that little egg of money is going to give me my next capital for the next stuff. Right? Right now, how I make money is through making content, okay? Sponsorships, um, ad revenue, right? TikTok sponsorships, uh, the Udemy Academy, right? Private Discord, all of this stuff. Um, yeah, that's how I currently am making money, plus crypto investing on top of that. I do some swing trades, right? I rode the Hedera rocket from 3 cents $0.03 to, um, what did it go to, like $0.40? So you can imagine how much I made off that. $0.03 to $0.40, insane jump. That's the only thing I've taken major profit on was that, and yet Hedera is still my second— first or second bag. It constantly swaps between that. But back to the universal problem, it's not going to happen like this, folks. It cannot happen. And no, it can happen like this, but let me tell you what would— how it would play out. It would play out that you would need to wait 5 to 10 years to shake out all of the desperate-ass people. The desperate people who just think, oh, let me throw $1,000 into XRP and it's going to go to $10,000. I'm gonna have an easy— I'm gonna have an easy million dollars. No, they're gonna make you wait if this is the one, because everything points to it. I would be so surprised if this isn't anything. Like, listen to what I'm saying, please. The words, the words I'm saying— everything points to XRP being something massive, okay? Everything on multiple levels, spiritual levels, fundamental levels. Partnership levels, team levels, okay, worldly levels, like the state of the world, state of banking, all of this, it all points to it. So I would be so surprised if it was nothing and if it turned out to be a sham or something else that, that didn't do anything, because like, I would be very surprised. And the only reason I'm bringing that up is because you need to stay open to any possibilities. Because when you stay open to any possibilities, then guess what? Then guess what? You can actually not be wrong ever. You don't have to be wrong. Who the hell told you that you have to be wrong? We can just do it the right way and stay open on both sides. Stop picking one side, left or right. Middle finger to all of that shit. I'm in the middle. Okay, middle finger. Sorry for flipping you off. But stop picking this left and right, black, white, tall, short, ugly, pretty. That's all bullshit. We stay in the middle and we create from the middle. Like, that's why, that's why I have so many haters on here, because they don't understand that I'm a balanced being. Like, that's so sad that you have to pick a side. That was loud as hell. I take stuff from any side I want. Okay? Any side I want. Why would you place limitations on yourself? That is so stupid. You're a limitless being. You realize when you go to sleep, where the hell are you going? You're dreaming. You're a multidimensional being, okay? And you see, everything when you get to this Earth just puts limitations on you. Every single thing. Every single thing. Oh, now you're— now you're white. You're just a color, nothing more. You're just a white man. No, no, you're a white businessman who builds businesses. That's so limiting. My— one of my goals is to to be like this. Somebody asks you, somebody tries to label you, they can't. One of my goals is to be that. So, uh, Mason, uh, what do you do for a living? What do you do for a living? Even that sentence— you ain't living. If you're out here trying to make a living, you're dead. If you're out here trying to make a living, you're dead. Okay, we just 'Cause— and the reason I'm saying that is 'cause make a living usually implies— wow, I went way off track, but who cares, this is a rant. Um, making a living usually implies working for somebody else and just slaving away, okay? So that's why I'm saying you're dead if you're making a living. But keep going, keep going, don't just stop. It's like most people going through hell and they just stop. Keep going through hell. That's a major quote that I love. Um, damn, I went so far off track. So far off track. Okay, um, but yeah, I want to be where they— oh, Mason, what do you do for a living? What do you do for a living? They can't label it. They have to make a new label. I'm an internet hustler. I work in the internet. The internet. I'm not of the planet, the planned net. See, I work— they would have to make a new term, internet entrepreneur. I guess entrepreneur does sum it up pretty good. I do like that term or that label, entrepreneur. It does sum it up. But back to the universal problem again, it does not happen this easy. I'm just going to tell you right now, they're either going to make you wait 5 to 10 years, or there's going to be some extreme shakeout that's going to scare the shit out of you, such as, I don't know, but it seems like we got this Quincy dude and this Matty G dude, right? We got these dudes, they kind of appeared out of nowhere as the defense for some of the FUD. If you guys felt the FUD, it was getting crazy on TikTok. It still is. There's a— I think Zach said it too. He said, um, XRP is making everyone uncomfortable right now. Facts. It's the elephant in the room. It's the elephant in the room. If you watch my previous daily market update, which you should be watching them daily if you're not, uh, because I tend to just give gems in the middle of random videos, right, for the people who make it to the end. If you're still watching right now, shout out to you because you're a boss and you, you will be successful. Um, but yeah, it said, is this the year that XRP decouples? Is this the year that we see decoupling happen? And why do I feel so strongly that that might happen with Ethereum or something like this, where it's like the biggest decoupling you've ever seen in your life? It's such a big decouple. I feel like it easily could be this year that that happens or something like that happens. But it is not going to be easy. They're going to make you wait 5 to 10 years. They're going to drag the lawsuit. It's going to be the hardest thing ever to hold. Something will make it extremely hard. And I would love to— I would love for it to just be, okay, this is it, right? This is the moment. It's about to really get cracking. I would love for it to be that moment. And if I'm wrong, I want to be wrong. I want to be wrong. I want to be wrong. Yeah, I want to be wrong on that, that it will take 5 to 10 more years. Prove me wrong, please. I'm tempting the universe right now. Hey, universe, Mason thinks it's going to be— Mason thinks it's going to be 0 to 10 years still on top of this. Prove me wrong, please. Prove me wrong, the universe. So I don't know, folks. That was topic number 1. Now topic number 2. Topic number 2 is TikTok getting extremely toxic, folks. It is a dangerous landscape on TikTok right now. Um, videos getting banned, community guidelines shit, um, a bunch of misinformation. I mean, I'm not excluded from that. I have, I have presented information before that was misconstrued or misunderstood, right? Back in the earlier days where I was grinding for views and stuff, right? But now, or basically, basically all my content is good information, right? It's good points. But some previous videos have been clickbaited, kind of, to where I'm making it sound bigger or more dramatic than it is. But every single one of them is still important to show you the narrative. But TikTok is getting to be a dangerous atmosphere for crypto people. Same with, uh, anywhere. Any social media right now is pretty, pretty bad for it. I don't know why. Well, I do know why. I'm not going to talk about it though. It's just mainly because of misinformation and like the volatility of, of TikTok, kind of like the viral nature. And the last point I'm gonna make is is about the new slave system. I was— I did some of my initial road rants, uh, go to the playlist, you can watch the old ones. The old ones are so passionate and like pretty crazy. But I was saying that Ripple is building the new slave system. I still believe it. I still believe it. By slave system, I mean, uh, the system that all the people are just gonna work in. Because that doesn't go away. If you think that's going away, you're dumb, okay? There will always be these little, these little people who, who just want to be controlled. They do not care. They could care less if they're controlled. They just want to have a good-ass life, smoke weed, eat pizza, which is all good stuff. That's all fun stuff. Stuff. They want to party, right? That's all amazing stuff. I love that stuff too. But it's like some of them just don't want to strive for greatness. I'm out here. I've took a mission. I've took a mission in my life that I'm not gonna be something average, right? And as soon as you take— that's like the hero's journey. It's the hero's journey. I wish I could come here and just not live the hero's journey. Most of you are probably living the hero's journey too if you're watching me. Shit, if you're, if you're 20 minutes into one of my videos, you're definitely on the hero's journey. Definitely. You're definitely traveling the road less, less whatever. You're definitely on the road less traveled, or whatever they say. Stupid ass clichés that are spot on. All of the clichés in this entire world are exactly right. You just need to innerstand them. You don't stand under them. They're above you? No, they're inside you. Believe in yourself. That's the best one. You can be anything you want to be. They're all freaking true, but people just— oh, cliché, blah blah blah. All of those are, uh, just facts. You just need to understand them and really, really use them. But this white hat, black hat thing, okay, I'm wearing a black hat. I'm not black hat. I'm not white hat either. I'm balanced, okay? If I need to, if I need to get on my black hat side, I know that side. I know that side. Everyone knows that side. If you Deny that you know that side, you're just lying. And by black hat, I mean the evil side of you that you don't accept. But once you accept the evil side of you, you become all-powerful because now you're in the middle. The middle is the power, the central, which is sad, but the center— you want to be centered in your being, balanced, right? So we're talking about decentralization. Which is interesting, right? In the, the metaphor I just put out there, it's very interesting that we're moving towards decentralization, but mainly you do want to be central, like central to your being and central. Um, but yeah, if I need to get on the black hat side, I know how to do it. You know how to do it too. You know how to do it too. Just stop denying those evil thoughts that enter your mind, because I know you have them, because I am you and you are me. So I know you have them too. You know those ones you don't want to talk about? You'll never talk about them? Yeah, those ones, okay? The ones you'll never bring up, ever. Those ones. The ones late at night when it's only you in your bedroom or something. Or you're in the bathroom, or you're, um, in your car by yourself looking out the window, or you're doing whatever, those evil thoughts, or when you're like looking at your ex's photos, or you're, uh, whatever, the evil ones that creep in your mind, once you just accept that that's you Then you're good. Please don't tell me someone's honking at me though. Damn, are they like— they're like busting this whole shit open. What are they about to do here? I've seen them level this whole playing field here. They've been leveling this side out and they level this side out over here. Damn, they better not be making a road. Dude, if they destroy this path, You're deluded. They're stupid. They destroy this path, I'm moving. This is long as hell, but I don't even care. I don't even care. So the last point was the black, black hat, white hat thing. It actually doesn't even exist. It only exists in your mind because most of what the evil forces are doing is actually compartmentalized. Meaning like really only a select few know the whole plan, okay? Somebody who works at CERN, they don't know anything, okay? Somebody who works at Coca-Cola does not know that the whole thing is just owned by, uh, two companies. And I hope you watched that video already. Where it shows that every company in the world basically is owned by 2 companies. And I can't even say their name because the last time I did, I got kicked off my Instagram Live. Damn, they're really about to make a road here. Why am I feeling that? They took out this whole ditch, they filled it in. Dude, they're about to do some messed up stuff here. Um, but that's all I've got for today, folks. Thank you for watching. Um, hope you guys enjoy the road rants. One day this, the surroundings will just change. That's all, man. I gotta put this in here. Drake, despite what you think about Drake, Drake has an amazing line in one of his songs. He says, instant noodle sriracha, I can still taste it. Okay, it's not that deep, but listen how it is deep though. It is deep because he's basically saying that when he was on the come up of trying to be this pop star, he was eating instant noodles, sriracha instant noodles, the whole time in college, probably, right? But now he's— his full surroundings have just changed. Dude has a mansion out in Toronto, like $40 million, but the instant noodle sriracha, he can still taste it. Just think about this. It's the same concept as aging. It's the same concept as aging. All you are is just that consciousness in your mind. That's it. So you're still a child. You're still a child. Just your body has, has been tricking you by looking in the mirror that you're getting different and you're becoming other labels like a parent, you're a firefighter. I'm going to avoid all of that. I'm staying a child forever. Or just me. Stay you. Don't label this shit. It's like So he can still— he's still just him. He's just a consciousness, but he's been able to make his whole environment change on the outside. And then people try to say, 'You changed,' to him. They probably say, 'Drake, you changed.' No, his environment shifted around him. He can still taste the instant noodles in his mouth. Now he may be— of course there's a change, of course there is a change, but I could tell you that he's probably still very close to what he was. His taste probably changed, meaning like taste in like luxury goods and all of this, because he can afford it now. Um, but that's all I got. Thank you for watching. Goodbye, folks.
