What is up? I am Crypto Mason and welcome back to the Crypto Mason YouTube channel. Shout out to the Gold Squad. We look for gold in every single aspect of our lives and we always find it. Now today we are back for another daily market update. Today we have a very interesting uh, section of this daily market update, we're going to cover another SEC lawsuit that's actually way older than the XRP one, and it's arguably more important. And you will see why it's arguably more important than the XRP lawsuit. And you guys know I've said that the XRP lawsuit is the most important thing in the space. So we're going to cover that today. We're also going to cover Bitcoin and Ethereum. Staking on Hedera. There's some new information about staking on Hedera, some dates that you will be able to do it, or dates that it's going to be released. And we've got a bunch of stuff in this video. Before we get into it, make sure you're following me on Twitter right there. That's also my Instagram username, right? Do not follow the fakes. Look for the verification and, and the spelling of the username. Just look for the blue badge on Instagram and Twitter. And do not get scammed. I have it every day, people messaging me like, what are these people doing? So moving into the market here, we're at $1.95 trillion, right? We got Bitcoin at $42,650. We've got Ethereum above $3,000 here. If we sort by the biggest gainers today, we've got Loopring, ApeCoin, right? If you guys got into ApeCoin like $7 to $8, you are way up right now. Like you could take some profit. Um, long term, you guys know I'm super bullish on ApeCoin. Um, this is far from a meme coin, uh, and this, this— trust me, do not bet against the Bored Ape Yacht Club team. That's just my opinion. If you want to bet against them, you can, but I'm not betting against Yuga Labs, okay? I've seen what they just did, and it, it looks like they're positioning themselves to be one of the biggest in the entire space. So we also have— basically all the altcoins are green today, right? Most altcoins are green today. Algorand is still very undervalued at 83 cents. We've got Stellar super undervalued. This is looking at like, um, what is that, 2, 4, 6, 8? That's a 4x, right? If it even gets close to all-time high again, easy 4x your money right there. Bullish on Stellar, bullish on, uh, Algorand as well. Of course, HBAR, people— I was, I was live on TikTok last night and people were like, Mason, do you think HBAR is done, done for, blah blah blah? What are you talking about, dude? I'm still extremely bullish on HBAR. Look at Enjin as well, 1.54 on Enjin. Quant is— I would wait till Quant dips a little bit further, maybe possibly down to $100. Um, but yeah, I'm still bullish on HBAR. Like, we're gonna have the staking soon. They're making moves on the staking. Um, but zooming out, we can see it is a green day for altcoins. Looking at the Bitcoin chart, we're still battling this $42,000 to $43,000 level, right? We're still battling it. Uh, the dudes— the dudes' charts we were looking at before said that if we get above $42,600, we we would be on our way to $46,000 fast. And I actually did have a dream last night where Bitcoin hit $46,000. Maybe that happens, who knows. Um, but yeah, we're gonna, we're gonna see, uh, what happens. Like, because we've broken that, right? We've broke the $42,600. Now we're falling below it right now. Um, but we're gonna see if, if Bitcoin can head up to $46K, and then that's the real test. If we break that, it might be might be game on. Also, I wanted to point out how much Ethereum has been struggling with this $3,000 level. Like, once we just get above this and stay above it, it is going to be amazing, right? The sky is the limit after that. But we can see throughout this entire year, we basically dumped into the year. So in January, to start off the year, we dumped into it, right? And then we're— we pumped up to $3,000, and as soon as we get above $3,000, it takes a couple days and we're back below it. Then we pump above it, couple days. Like, we cannot— we've battled this $3,000 like 4 times, and we're battling it right now. Um, but $3,000— like, all the external stuff on Ethereum, meaning like the merge, moving from proof of work to proof of stake, all of that is going to help the Ethereum price pump. We're probably watching that get priced in right now, actually. Um, even though it's a couple months out still in June, 3 months out still in June. So moving on, I want to show you guys one of the easiest, or one of the best ways to actually, um, one of the best ways to actually find hidden crypto gems. Okay, hidden crypto gems and undervalued cryptos. People are sleeping on the search function on Twitter. Right? This is a thread from Dread Bongo, and he's asking his audience, the most undervalued project in crypto right now is— and then they go in the comments and the replies and shill their most undervalued coins. And you can see somebody saying XDC right there. You've got PulseChain, all that Richard Heart stuff, Everest ID. This is an underrated way to find gems, and all you do is go on to Twitter and search undervalued cryptos or, um, crypto gems, or what crypto is undervalued, something like that, right? And you will, you will come upon threads like this. Here's a thread from Cryptos R Us asking his audience, and you can see people are shilling. You got ONT right there, that's Ontology. And usually the, the people who are shilling their coin or like they are the coin they think is most undervalued, they usually have really good reasons. So this is a way to like, um, throw yourself into the rabbit hole, right? You have to throw yourself into the rabbit hole, um, and then you skip past all the BS like this, right? ApeBlock, like, uh, I saw Robo Inu over here. Skip past all the meme coins, right? And then you might actually find some undervalued cryptos in that way. Moving on, we have Crypto.com is sponsoring the FIFA World Cup in Qatar in 2022. All I know about Crypto.com is their money is long AF, man. They have so much money to sponsor and spend. They've, they've spent like over— it has to be over a billion dollars now. Um, absolutely absurd. Crypto.com, I'm very bullish, uh, very bullish on Crypto.com. Let's talk about HBAR staking. Introducing HBARX, the first staking solution for HBAR token users. HBAR Foundation has provided a grant to Stader— I don't know how to say it yet— Stader— Stader to build the first staking solution designed to enable use of HBAR for network security on Hedera. So this is a liquid staking solution. Every time when you stake your HBAR— oh, Intel— when you stake your HBAR, you will mint a new liquid token called HBARX. And every time staking rewards are added to the pool, the HBARX to HBAR exchange rate will increase using this formula. Okay, so they have the formula right there. Um, when you unstake, HBAR will be given back to you and the HBARX will be burned. Okay, they're launching the V1 version of the product in the first week of April 2022. Um, at launch, only the stake option will be enabled. So when this launches, you'll only be able to stake. You can't unstake until July 2022. So any HBAR that's staked in the V1 contract will have to be locked until the V2, uh, product launch. Um, you can fill out the form right there if you're interested. This is going to be amazing. I will be using this. It will be through HashPack, I believe. So get yourself the HashPack wallet. That is the— my favorite and the number one HBAR wallet right now, uh, to use. You can trade NFTs, you can store your HBAR in there, you can visually see your NFTs as well. So moving on, we have a lot of articles being pumped out about XRP lawsuit settlement being right around the corner, okay? And the reason for this is because of what we cut— we covered this already— Jeremy Hogan saying, uh, that John Deaton says if those emails are required to be turned over, there will be a settlement shortly after. And John, uh, clarified this. He said if Judge Netburn orders the emails to— orders the emails turned over, as I believe she will, the SEC has 10 days to appeal to Judge Torres. If Judge Torres affirms Judge Netburn, the SEC could try an appeal or writ of mandamus, uh, to the Second Circuit to delay a couple months. But the time will be ticking for settlement. That's all I care about right there. The time will be ticking for settlement if this happens. So what we need to be cheering for is these emails to be turned over and the, um, Judge Netburn to order those emails to be turned over. Now let's talk about another lawsuit that's been going on for 4 years, I believe, with this coin called LBRY. Library, okay, library.com. This is at 3 cents, and I actually do believe that this is a good one to just throw in some money and just let it ride and see what happens with their lawsuit. We're gonna play a clip right here, um, from— this is their CEO, I believe, Kaufman. Um, just watch what he says, watch what he says. So we're gonna start it actually at over here when she asks her first question, and he's gonna explain why his case, Library versus the SEC, is more important than the Ripple case. Watch this. Why?
Absolutely. Well, first, our case is almost certainly going to be decided before Ripple's case, and the facts of our case—
so his case is going to be decided before the Ripple case, and this is the same exact thing. It's about being an unregistered security.
Are no different than tens of thousands of other blockchain companies and blockchain tokens. And in our case, we didn't even do an ICO. So there's really no facts in this case that are different from any number of blockchain tokens. If Libra is a security, then Ethereum is a security. So I think anyone who cares about the blockchain industry in the United States needs to be paying attention to this case, because if we lose, I think the entire industry is severely damaged in the US.
And the SEC seems Big, big facts right there. So he's on the same exact wave as Brad Garlinghouse, right? They're in the same exact position basically. Um, and you can tell he's reading from a script or something. Like, I saw him peeking over there, and then the next part I'm gonna play, you can see it. He's clearly reading from something, not making sure to not slip up on his words. Um, but we're gonna play this part of it, and this part is just amazing, dude. Watch what he says right here. Made to the SEC, they keep No, but you did give a deposition in the case yesterday. What can you tell us about that?
Well, I can tell you that the SEC is terrified of providing any standard that a company can meet in terms of the creation of a token. That's what they don't want to do. I mean, this is a— this is an industry. The blockchain industry has been around for over 12 years. Everyone is scrutinizing one speech given 3 years ago that the SEC insists isn't even official. And this is insane. It's out of a Kafka novel that we as entrepreneurs have to guess what the rules are. And if you go in and you ask the government, I mean, I asked them again in the deposition, I say, hey guys, can you tell me anything? Can you give me any positive statements as to how a blockchain company can follow the US law and have the same standard as Bitcoin and Ethereum? They say, no, we can't, can't tell you. And it's just an insane world. I mean, the deposition was boring. The lawyer said it's like watching paint dry, okay? Because there's, there's nothing exciting.
Most of them are, Jeremy. Most of them are. He said the deposition was boring. Now, the dude, he nailed it right here. He nailed it. They want to keep their vagueness. They are absolutely terrified of setting a standard because that is— that will just— it's game over then. Or is game start? I gotta stop saying game over. It's game start. Then that's when the game starts. Um, they're— they want to keep their vagueness so they can come at anybody they want, right? As long as they keep it vague and entrepreneurs have to guess what is compliant, right? Because they won't even tell you. So he absolutely nailed it. I am going to pay attention to this case a little bit more. Um, I think it's been going on ever since like here, I think. Because it crashed and then basically did nothing. Um, but yeah, this, this could be a good one to stack right there. Moving on, we have David saying bridges versus walls here. Uh, we have a nice announcement from Multichain, which was previously called Anyswap. Multichain, um, has integrated the XRP Ledger. They're supporting the XRP Ledger for cross-chain connection with Ethereum Virtual Machine and non-Ethereum Virtual Machine. Compliant blockchains. So this is very, um, this is very good right here. Through the integration of the XRP Ledger, Multichain will support cross-chain transfer of XRP, right? Ethereum, MATIC, AVAX, Fantom, USDT, USDC, and FRAX and other assets will flow straight to the XRP Ledger as well. And that's why David is saying bridges are better than walls. Right? Obviously bridges are better than walls. Moving on, we got a couple mainstream— or 3 mainstream articles right here. Bitcoin has become a lifeline for some Ukrainians fleeing war. Basically, this 20-year-old dude took a USB stick with him across the border containing 40% of his life savings, or about $2,000 in Bitcoin. This is insane, right? That is a perfect use case of Bitcoin right there. The reason he did this is because the ATM lines were way too long. He couldn't even withdraw, right? He couldn't even withdraw cash. They were way too long. Everyone's trying to withdraw. So he used that, um, he used Bitcoin, man. Moving on, we have Thailand banning cryptocurrencies as a means to pay for goods and services. They have issued new rules that prohibit the use of cryptocurrencies as a means of payments, taking a complete U-turn from relaxing crypto-related laws. Uh, so this is like, I don't know, this like seems like a definite 180. Um, Thailand, who knows what's going on in Thailand. Uh, the new rules also dictate that digital asset service providers halt advertising, promoting, and creating a goods and service payment, uh, route through digital services. So they're coming at it. We're gonna see what happens there. I think it I think maybe they're just not ready, uh, for this. Last article, we have Matt Wallace. Yes, the Dogecoin dude getting sued, possibly, possibly getting sued for infringing the Dogecoin trademark. He was trying to make an article, or he was trying to make a, um, coin called Accept Dogecoin, a new coin, and the actual creator of Dogecoin came at him saying we're going to take legal action. So interesting story right there, but that is all we've got for the daily market update. Make sure you're following on Twitter, Instagram, join the Telegram group. I love every single one of you, and goodbye.
