Here is my updated answer on will XRP lose the lawsuit and tank because of it. Does this look like the face of a man who is about to lose an extremely important lawsuit? That's Brad Garlinghouse, the CEO of Ripple, partying with Kygo out in St. Barts. In my opinion, I do not think that XRP will lose, and I'd say I'm 80% confident on that opinion. The other 20% comes from a path that I do see where XRP gets deemed a security token, and then all other altcoins have to register to become a security token. This is when you'll see all the security token exchanges rise like crazy, and any of them that have their own security token, you'll probably see the value go up of those. The facts are there. XRP, I do not think, is going to lose this case. However, anything can happen in crypto, and if they do lose, it will probably tank the value of the coin. But in the end game, I'm still bullish even if they lose.
