XRP Has Changed…

XRP's price is now controlled by institutional capital and ETFs, not retail investors like in 2017. The speaker says retail's only value is holding their coins and not selling, since XRP's worth depends entirely on collective belief, just like fiat currency.

XRP has changed and it might be for the worse. Listen very closely to what I'm about to say. This is for above average IQs only, so if you're not above average IQ, please leave the video. Are you gone yet? Okay, boom. XRP has changed for the worse. Here's why. Retail money doesn't move the price anymore like it used to. Listen again, retail money, that means the average dude putting $500 in, $750 in, $10,000 in, doesn't shift the price anymore like it used to. We used to have a news headline go live like super positive, crazy partnership, something amazing happens for Ripple or XRP and the price would go skyrocketing. Because the retail money actually moved the price at that point. This was back in like 2017, 2018, right? Nowadays it's more about institutional money, the big boy money. I'm talking hundreds of millions of dollars. It's more about ETFs. So I don't care if you put $10,000 into XRP, it does not help me. I don't care necessarily about getting more retail holders. That's not really going to increase the price. However, we do need any retail holders that come in, we need them to hold the token and not sell. They need to actually reject the current price and say, no, there's no way I'm selling my XRP for only $2. It's worth way more. And then they hold it. The only way crypto tokens go up are people buying them, mainly now institutions buying them, and then not selling, not selling at the current price, believing that the price should be higher. All of this stuff is based on belief, right? Same thing with a dollar bill. I explain this all the time. A $20 bill is only valuable because everyone believes that it's valuable. It really is just a piece of paper. It doesn't mean anything, yet it will make you get off your ass and actually like shovel someone's whole driveway for 4 hours, right? Because of a piece of paper. So it's about belief.
