⚠️ XRP SWITCH BEING FLIPPED! THE TIME IS TICKING TO MAKE MONEY IN CRYPTO... HELIUM IS A SCAM?

Bitcoin trades around $19,200 as the crypto market cap sits below $1 trillion. Ripple's XRP gets a boost from Bitso's new partnership with Canadian remittance platform AfraChange using Ripple's ODL. The presenter questions whether Helium can survive as an IoT network long-term, suggesting alternatives like IOTA and IoTeX instead.

That is still technically playing out. We're flat slash going down, right, on the total market cap. We're at $978, technically still battling the $1 trillion level. It's very, very annoying to get on here and have the same thing happening every single day. This is a pretty bad bear market. Like, this is a pretty— it's a pretty bad bear market. Um, however, there's exciting things happening with ETH. Every single day we get closer to that merge. We're going to see Ethereum Classic and ETH react to that as well. Bitcoin, as you can see, $19,200. We had Jerome Powell do a little speech today where he said we would not have seen such high inflation without the C-word pandemic happening. Yeah, maybe because you printed trillions and trillions of dollars. So that we wouldn't go into like a Great Depression. Okay, so you printed a bajillion gazillion dollars. Maybe that's why. And yes, the pandemic has a lot to do with that, but we're at $19,200. When Jerome Powell speaks on his little things, like his little speeches, you can watch the Bitcoin price react by the minute depending on what he says. It's pretty pretty crazy. Now we have a ton of regulation talk in this video. I believe regulation talk in crypto is the most important talk there is, right? There's nothing better that you could be studying than crypto regulations because this could end our whole thing. All this fun you have of trading altcoins and being free with whatever altcoins you want to trade and using any exchange and just like trading a million times a day and swapping all these coins, um, and especially the meme coins, right? The meme coins don't stop. Like if you go to— if you go to the trending page, or did they— did they, uh— if you go to the gainers and losers page— oh, they cleaned it up. Okay, good job CoinMarketCap, you cleaned it up. Uh, they cleaned it up. But if you go to the recently added, like, there are meme coins every single day. right? Yin Yang, Bill Murray Inu, Meta Baby, like what are these, right? Every single day. If you want to continue to have fun doing that, like the time is ticking, dude. The time is ticking. So make your money on those meme coins and get out because the time is ticking. So we have a couple stories about regulation. The first one just came out today. Coinbase is funding and supporting a lawsuit by 6 individuals against the Treasury Department's sanctions of Tornado Cash. So we know that Tornado Cash, uh, was sanctioned and they're on the sanction list, and Coinbase is now funding a lawsuit which has been brought by 6 people challenging the U.S. Treasury Department's sanctions of the Tornado Cash smart contracts and asking the court to remove them from the US sanctions list. The sanctions exceed their authority, blah blah blah, and they stifle innovation. That's the biggest part. You are banning code. You're literally sanctioning pieces of open source code. It makes no sense, um, and it's horrible. The USA is horrible for crypto innovation. Keep in mind, dude, this is all the same as the beginning of the internet. The reason the US does so good with the internet or did so good is because all of the, all of the Amazon, Apple, Google, they're all US companies. They're all in the US, right? Uh, and now we're put— we're for some reason pushing all the financial innovation overseas and out of the US. For some reason they just don't— I think it's on— it's 100% on purpose, uh, in my opinion. It's on purpose, and it's just like an agenda to make China this more powerful force and China is going to lead us into the future, um, especially in terms of like financial stuff. Um, and that's pretty obvious, like US has taken a back seat, dude. Now let's talk about Gary Gensler, dude, the most ugly man on Earth in my opinion. Um, I usually don't comment on other men, uh, men's appearances, but he deserves it. He's a, he's an ugly man in my opinion. Gensler, SEC, has been clear on cryptocurrencies. So this is the same article that we see every couple months. They push it out and they're just reinstating, uh, that Gary Gensler says, of the nearly 10,000 tokens on the crypto market, I believe that the vast majority are securities. Without prejudging any one token, most crypto tokens are investment contracts under the Howey test. Okay, through the past 5 years, the SEC has spoken with a pretty clear voice. So he is once again saying that they have been clear on what they think is a security and what they don't think is a security. Now let's look at what Sam Bankman-Fried, uh, the founder of FTX, says right here, because this is very, very good, and this proves that the time is ticking. Crypto is a ticking time bomb. Right, and it's going to blow up, uh, in a second here. He says, I'm not a regulator, this is not legal advice, but my current best guess is consistent with what Gary Gensler says. The CFTC, the Commodities Futures Trading Commission, will regulate spot plus futures for non-security tokens, and the SEC will regulate spot plus issuance of tokens that are securities. So Sam Bankman-Fried knows that a bunch of tokens are about to be deemed securities. And Gensler has said that the majority, the vast majority of 10,000 tokens on the market are securities. He says this is consistent with what all the bills say. Um, it seems— this is the most important one— it seems pretty likely that Bitcoin, ETH, and many forks/variants will not be securities, and that many other tokens will be securities. How about the large tokens? Or how about other large tokens? Or futures? Or swaps? Or security tokens? Or tokenized stocks? And what exactly is a stablecoin? We will see. Okay, so this is gonna happen, dude. And why is it bad if everything gets deemed securities? It's not necessarily bad. It's not necessarily bad. A lot more money, trillions could, or, well, billions, and the market cap will reach more trillions if they're deemed securities. Because, uh, every, all the major corporations with trillions of institutional dollars will be able to actually feel comfortable putting their money in because it's not an unregulated market anymore. So that's the reward for us doing this But that means, uh, the SEC has oversight over everything and can stop you from building stuff, which makes no sense, uh, in, in this decentralized world which we're trying to build, right? Um, and the SEC will be able to like sue anybody. They'll be able to just press on anybody. Um, and you will have to be an accredited investor to trade the securities, or how is that going to work? Like, how are they going to do that, right? Not everybody's going to be able to trade altcoins because you're not an accredited investor. It's pretty dang crazy. Now, Michael Barr says crypto oversight should resemble traditional bank rules. Michael Barr is a former Ripple Labs advisor who is now the U.S. Federal Reserve's vice chairman. For supervision. And this is what he said: We plan to work with other bank regulatory agencies to ensure that crypto activity inside banks is well regulated based on the principle of same risk, same activity, same regulation, regardless of the technology used for the activity. I plan to make sure that the crypto activity of banks that we supervise is subject to the necessary safeguards that protect the safety of the banking system as well as banking customers. Um, so the U.S. Central Bank will work to oversee any crypto activity that banks engage in. So this is super interesting. They're not going to be able to, uh, hide any of this. It's going to be overseen. It's going to be overseen no matter what. And this is coming from a former Ripple advisor, Michael Barr, who is now in one of the most powerful Federal Reserve positions, which is the vice chairman. Now moving on, we also have, um, a new partnership, uh, with Ripple because that happens every single day. Uh, Bitso, which is the leading crypto platform in Latin America, more than 5 million users, announced today a partnership with AfraChange, which is an African-Canadian remittance platform with more than 15,000 users in Canada. And now they're facilitating cross-border transactions from Canada to Mexico. So this right here, this equals a switch being flipped. A switch was flipped. Now they have an ODL corridor from Canada to Mexico, right? And all we're waiting for is all of the switches to flip because there's like— there's thousands of switches that will be flipped. It's not one big switch flip. Um, and all that means is that the RippleNet customers start using ODL, and ODL equals XRP. So they're actually using XRP in this example, uh, with AfraChange to send cross-border transactions from Canada to Mexico. More progress being made. Now we have some Quant news right here. Quant is headed to SIBOS, or SIBOS, which is apparently— I've never heard of this, but it is the world's premier financial services event. Okay, and we can see they have Swift there, they have all the big boys. And Quant is a big boy, and Quant goes to all of these. If you haven't noticed, Quant attends all of the big boy conferences, like events and everything. They always have speakers there, they always have Gilbert speaking. Like, it's just, it's way too obvious. They're in with the banking elite. We can help organizations. So they're basically gonna shill Quant. At CBOSS, and that's, that's pretty bullish. Uh, hopefully they land some kind of big partnership. Now let's talk about the Helium, uh, the Helium play that we've recently made, uh, on— I believe it was on here as well that I told you that Helium was on a pretty decent discount. Um, and if we go to my Twitter, let's go to my Twitter, we can see, uh, that Helium was on— what was Helium at? $3.63. Um, Helium was at $3.63, right? I said anybody buying Helium, this is an insane discount. Uh, there you can see Blockchain Boy saying Helium is a scam, LMAO. He got 61 likes on that. Blockchain Boy can never ratio me, by the way. Uh, we got 247 on ours. Um, good luck ratioing me. But Helium is going through a lot of FUD fear, uncertainty, and doubt about is it a scam? Is it a scam or not, right? And I gave my opinion on this already, but the point is I don't care if I have to make money off of, off of like trading a scam token. Many people do that every day. They trade shitcoins and all the shitcoins are just scams, but they can still make money. You can still make some liquidity out of that and take it out and put it into real stuff. So, and then my thoughts on Helium being a scam is like, I simply think it might just be the biggest Internet of Things project that will crumble. So it's not necessarily a scam. I just think maybe it wasn't sustainable in the way that they set it up, or it was, it was just not destined, uh, like to be a, to be the, the Internet of Things project. Um, so it can crumble. All I'm doing is looking for the next, the next, uh, helium, right? What's going to be the actual leader of internet things projects? And we can look at some of them. Like, we have IOTA, we have IoTeX, right? IoTeX is pretty good. Syntropy is also one that I'm bullish on. I'm bullish on Syntropy. What else on here? These, these are getting like into like hidden gem territory when you get up into the 1,000th 1000s and 500s of CoinMarketCap, you're getting into some pretty crazy stuff. Fetch.ai. So these are the ones I'm bullish on out of the Internet of Things. Syntropy, 100%. Fetch.ai. And look at how small these are, like this is 67 million. So these are basically the new small cap calls. I'm going, going to document this right now. Uh, I believe that Syntropy will do very well in the long term. Fetch.ai will also Um, IOST is also good. IOTX, IOTA, and VeChain is also counted in there, right? So these, these are some of the, the replacements if Helium crumbles. Uh, that huge market cap that Helium has will be eaten up, uh, by some of the smaller ones. Um, but we did make 30-something percent, right? Helium is still up 12% over 24 hours. But as I said right after it went up 30%, I said always take profit especially if you bought that discount, uh, yesterday. It is key to take profit in a bear market. I want to also give an update on my UTE situation. I did sell my UTE. I took profit on my UTE, folks. I sold my UTE for $4,000, $4,000 US, which comes out to like $5K Canadian. I sold my TUBE, um, with the intention of possibly buying back in because I understand how the hype cycle works with this. I believe that this might, this might come down. Um, so we will see what happens. I honestly, if it goes up, I don't— I really don't care. I took my profit, and in a bear market like this, you've got to be taking profit. I did make a 4x or 5x on my money with that, so it just only makes sense to take profit. So that is all we've got for the daily market update. Make sure you drop a like, comment, subscribe.
