XYO COIN DEEP DIVE (THIS THING IS CRAZY)

Mason Versluis breaks down XYO, a sub-$50 million Ethereum token that uses location data and Bluetooth beacons to verify physical-world events on blockchain. Co-founder Marcus Levin explains how the quarter-sized Sentinel devices work, and the video maps use cases from airport baggage tracking to drone delivery, backed by partnerships with Chainlink, Microsoft, and FedEx.

Grow. Still can't stop it. Hey, I'mma visit the sky today. Hey, I'mma dance on the clouds today. What is up? I am Crypto Mason and welcome back to the Crypto Mason YouTube channel. Now, one quick note before we get started into this video. The Gold Excellence, that name, I think it's better as the Gold Squad or the Golden Squad. So we're gonna go with Gold Squad. Um, the same principle applies though. I want that name to be like, have the energy of we're above standard, we're excellent behind it. So the Gold Squad, what is up to the Gold Squad? Um, I think it's a dope name. We're gonna keep that Golden Excellence as like the principle that's backing that name. But today's video is all about XYO. I wanted to really, really highlight this coin as a very small cap, uh, hidden gem. It's currently at 49 million, not billion. $49 million market cap, um, and it's one of those ones that's 0.00, and we're going to dive into that coin today. So in this video, I will give my full thoughts on XYO as an investment. We're going to dive into what it does, we're going to watch a short video about what it does, we're going to look at use cases, how this can really change the world, because this is a world changer. It would do something to benefit the world. And fix a problem. We like that. We like that. And we're going to look at their partners and all of that. But let's go. Before we do, make sure you subscribe. If you would like to support me with a monthly donation and get access to the private Discord server, you can join the channel. Use the link in the description or the little join button, and you can support me every single month, and you get access to the private Discord. Just go to the community section on my channel and you can see the invite link or the invite form link. But let's hop into this video. I'm gonna shut up with this talking and let's go. First off, I just want to highlight the price of this thing right now. I thought today and right now was a perfect time to do this video. As you know, we recently just had this crazy, crazy crash. Look at that, it's just sweeping the nation with red, 30% down. XYO is 21.21% down right now. It is ranked 477, so that's like a third pager. I usually go for the, um, the first page and the second page, but XYO, I believe, is on the third page. So let's just cover a little bit. 17,488 people have this on their watch list. Here's the website. We've got— it is built on Ethereum, so that's a— it's kind of a negative until Ethereum gets fixed and all of that. But we've recently seen an insane volume increase on this because it was actually listed on ProBit, and ProBit is one of the top 20 exchanges in the world, I believe, and it is definitely one of the top exchanges in Asia. Probit. So the circulating supply is 12.84 billion. The total supply is 13.9 billion. I like this range. The range in my head is usually from 0 to 100 billion where XRP is. XRP has a max supply, total supply of 100 billion. HBAR, 50 billion. Stellar, $50 billion. XDC is around $13, I believe. So this, I really like that, that point, that little point of, of like from that range, because XRP, for example, is built with the intention of it being able to scale globally. Bitcoin is 21 million supply, right? So it's hard to scale something with that finite of a supply to the whole world, even though it could, it could. So recently we've seen a big run-up on XYO. It looks like we went all the way from around triple zeros up to double zeros. And I know people love these 0.00 coins, but this is one of them that I believe is a long-term just stacker, just stack, stack, Stack, stack. We are going to get into the partners. We're going to get into a video explaining this. We are going to get into a bunch of stuff, some case studies. I'm going to show you why this would be used, how it's going to be used, uh, probably, hopefully. And, uh, we're going to cover all of that. Let's start off with this video right here by the XYO Official Channel. Um, I am subscribed on my other channel, by the way, my personal channel, but this is my Crypto Mason channel. Okay, XYO explained in 1 minute and 10 seconds. This is on the official XYO channel. Let's watch it together and I'm gonna give you my thoughts, thoughts on it. And you can— this, this will basically tell you exactly what XYO does.
Currency smart contracts automatically— cryptocurrency smart contracts automatically execute contractual obligations, cutting out the middleman. These smart contracts have one downside: there's no single authoritative and decentralized way to to execute a contract based on locational data. For example, there is no way to create a smart contract that allows for payment on delivery for e-commerce orders. The XYO Network is meant to solve this problem. It's an ecosystem of devices which communicate with one another to create an unalterable history of interactions and locations stored on a blockchain. A user can independently verify that an item tracked using the XYO Network was in a defined place at a specific point in time. Since XYO Network devices talk to each other, where every user augments the other. A delivery driver can help find your lost bike, or your parked car can help confirm your neighbor's package arrival. Users are rewarded with XYO tokens whenever data they provide is used to help another user track or locate an item. Thanks to a unique proof-of-origin algorithm, the provided data is always valid and up-to-date. The XYO Network: bringing the blockchain to the real world.
Literally insane. They said proof of origin in there. They said this could be used in e-commerce for package tracking. Um, and I hope you guys know that Amazon will basically be as abundant as the Amazon rainforest. Okay, many people such as myself get everything from Amazon, just like we would have done if we never had any of this weirdo technology. We would be getting our stuff from a beautiful rainforest full of abundance called the Amazon, right? So we get everything from the Amazon and it's cardboard, right? It comes in cardboard boxes. Um, but Amazon's going to take over the world. We know this. Um, we know this already. But proof of origin, this literally connects the physical world with the crypto digital world. Like, it's a link, direct, actual physical link to the digital world. It literally blows my mind. As soon as I figured out what this really was doing— because I was invested in XYO before I even knew what it was supposed to do, it was very confusing to me. I read the white paper, parts of it was too confusing, I clicked off. But now that I know that it's an actual physical link between the real world and the digital world. Mind is blown. I also do realize how scary this is because you're gonna have these little things tracking your data wherever you go. Every, every physical location is going to be tracked through these little things. But guess what? This is the way the world is going. You are becoming a digital being as we speak. Everything is becoming digital. Everything is getting put on the blockchain, which means of course it's chained to the block so you can't leave, right? It's like tying a balloon down with the heavy thing at the bottom. You put the heavy thing, the balloon can't fly. That's you. You're about to get ready to lift off into the ether, but they want to chain you down, and they're going to chain everyone down with the blockchain, in my opinion. So let's hop into how could the world change with XYO. Basically, they do have a page right here that talks about how could the world change, and they basically just point you to their technology, their case studies, um, and this link right here. So let's go to some of their case studies right here. Case studies. How does XYO Foundation impact industry? XYO provides resources to interested teams in industry to create secure location data ledgers. Blockchain technology allows data to be permanent and chained, chained, uh, which ensures high mobility, assets, error-prone processes. Um, and look at this, this is my favorite part. When I saw this, I was mind blown. Right here they list everywhere that XYO could come in handy. And improve the world. One, airports. Second, hospitals. We're gonna go over these, how it could work. Hospitals, e-commerce. So these are already, that's already billions and billions of dollars right here. Insurance, national security, rental cars, drones. So that's 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 use cases right there. Well, actually, before we hop into really reading what those use cases are, we're gonna watch this interview with the co-founders right here, which is Scott Sheppard and Marcus Levin right here. Marcus Levin, um, it says XYO, the geospatial crypto network powered by the people. This is on the NASDAQ, um, like show thing. But watch what he says right here. We're gonna watch some of this. I think this is very, very important to, uh, watch the, the founders, the co-founders actually talk about it.
The last year and a half, we've created this people-powered movement to create your own location network instead of just relying upon the current location network out there, which is GPS, which is 24 satellites orbiting the Earth, all controlled by the US government, the US Air Force. So we're essentially decentralizing the location infrastructure.
Okay. Yeah. That is absolutely genius. I love that. Um, who— when did we let these people control our maps and control our GPS and how things look on that end? Um, if there's any like flat earthers, if there's any like flat earthers or, or really spiritual people, uh, watching, you should, you should be like, damn, this is dope. Um, but let me show you a couple more clips from this video. Watch this. He, he explains a location reliant transactions.
So location-reliant transaction, meaning as soon as, uh, you know, this box, this Amazon box, let's say, with, uh, one of our Bluetooth XY beacons in it arrives at this address, which you can define, right, this latitude, longitude, altitude, you know, by this time, then I want you to send payment, right, from this wallet address to the other person's wallet address. Happens automatically once that device arrives in the world at that specific location without anyone— a location-reliant transaction.
Would this be a replacement of a credit card payment that I would make online to an Amazon or something like that? Yeah, you could do that. You could set up your account that it automatically pays. But it's more about having the certainty that something really arrived at a certain location. The problem with GPS, for example, is that it's easily spoofed or hacked. So you can download the GPS. So he goes on to talk about GPS spoofing, and I remember this with Pokémon Go. If you played that app, there was a lot of people who like spoofed their location. They even talk about that in here. They spoof their location so they would be sitting in Canada, but it looks like they're in Russia and they're getting different types of Pokémon on the app because the GPS thinks they're there. So I like how he kind of shied away from like, this is not for, this is not for making a payment. Right? It's not a replacement for credit card payments on your Amazon. Like, that's not what this— that's not the limit of what this can do. This is more for like really confirming if something is physically somewhere, which is crazy. You have all these package stealers and all of this stuff, right? So let me show you a couple more. So here he is going to talk about the actual device that they have made, and I believe I have one. I do actually have one of the devices, but I don't know if they're specifically talking about this one, but I am going to show you a close-up. I have it right here. Um, I don't know if they're specifically talking about this one because he says it's— just watch, just watch. Do you make a device? Okay, so explain to me the process. You make the device in San Diego and then what?
So, uh, the device is made and, uh, then it's stored in our warehouse and then we get—
how big is the device?
Um, it's about the size of a— it's a little bit bigger than a quarter. It's a little bit It's the size of a quarter, and that would go on a package. Um, yeah, and it can be placed in a package, it can be placed anywhere, and your phone or any device that can pick up Bluetooth will pick it up within 300 feet.
Okay.
Right. And so what it is, is it's not relying— it's, it's this, this whole concept of, um, a location network built on proximity, like two devices viewing and saying, hey, I saw you, you saw me, we're gonna create cryptographically verify that we saw each other, okay, which is a very, very different model and concept than GPS in our current infrastructure.
Use cases that it's literally almost like a physical blockchain. That's what I'm getting from that. Like, this device verifies that there's another one, and they all— like, it's kind of like gossip protocol with Hedera Hashgraph, I think. Now, the technical side is pretty hard for me to understand, and I'm not deep into that, but That's what I'm getting. It's like a physical blockchain verification thing. So that is all we've got from that video. But look at this, look at this. This is the device right here. I believe it's the one he's talking about because it is kind of like a quarter and it is thicker. But there's the device. Let you get a look at that one. It's called the XYO Sentinel. Um, it's just like— this is what this is for, is basically they have an app called the Coin App and you can actually earn um, these little points on there, and you can get XYO for free just, just for, um, letting them use your location data, which is pretty crazy. Um, but what I would say is your location data is already being used, so why not get paid off of it, right? So I don't use this just because I've deemed that the Coin App is low-key like, it's— it'll take you a while to get some real XYO off that. Also, I haven't set this up yet. I literally have no time, um, but I did get one of these. I really just wanted one. And basically it's like a miner. It's like, it is free money, it is free money, um, but it's going to take you a while to get the points up. And what this does, it actually gives you 12x or something like that, 12 times the points. But that's not what this video is about. Let's get back into what XYO is. So as you can see, they say the XY Oracle right here, which I like. I actually like that it's XY Oracle. Now, as we all know, the partners are insane. The partners are insane right here. CAS Smart City, not sure what that is, but you could probably look into that and get some crazy info. You've got the FedEx Institute of Technology, University of Memphis. You've got Portishead. Does anybody like Portishead? I like Portishead. The musicians, or the band, sorry. I think it's a band. Hold on, let me check. Yeah, this is my video. You think you're gonna type in, uh, you think you're gonna see BitBoy look up Portishead during his video? Is this a band? Yes, it is. Okay, I like Portishead though, um, mainly because my favorite artist, The Weeknd, actually samples or has sampled Portishead. Harmony, boom! Partnership with Harmony, partnership with Chainlink, RE/MAX, huge. INATBA, the International Association of Trusted Blockchain Applications. That means we've got a check mark on regulations in my books, or closer to a check mark on regulations. Spaceflight, Dovu right here, love it. Microsoft Partner Network, they were accepted into there. Um, so crazy, crazy partners. Let's take a look at one of these use cases again. Um, so With the airports, you could literally know if your luggage is stolen or lost. It accounts for all baggage moving through TSA checkpoints. The XYO network can provide independently verified location data, can help minimize luggage mishandling, ultimately save travelers and airport staff time and money spent trying to track down lost baggage. E-commerce, so this can be used on the packages, of course, right? Medical equipment right here on hospital. Feasibility of error. Um, XYO Network's unique blockchain technology, the implications could reduce prescription dosage errors, prevent unnecessary procedures, and ultimately save lives. We like that. Um, insurance, this can be used. And by the way, they have little white papers on each of these. Yo, Aldegoians, Aldi Gians, I don't know how to pronounce that. Thanks for the follow. We're off stream, which is dope. Thanks for that follow. See, they have little problem solution, how it works. So you could, you could dive into those if you wanted. Uh, this video is getting long, so I'm not going to go into them. But right here, the XYO Network can confirm a weapon is exactly where it is intended to be by reporting independently verified and trustless location data. So national security, this can be some military shit. Like, this is crazy. We've also got the drones right here. We know that Amazon, uh, we know that Amazon wants to introduce drones. That's some future crazy stuff. Like, you just see a drone flying with your package. But how will a package delivery be confirmed? Well, the XYO network can do that. And the last one we've got is rental cars, I'm assuming. So you know exactly exactly where that rental car is. So this gets so crazy right there. These use cases are A+. Now the final thing is right here, there is a title called the Diviner, and this is actually in their, um, in their white paper. In their white paper, they list— there's like a couple different roles, and, um, this is the Diviner, which I just wanted to point that out because that name That name I really like. And also, um, on a spiritual level, this, uh, logo— now never base your investments off logos, don't base your investments off, um, don't base your investments off decoding riddles, any of that. Base it off real world stuff, and then the riddles and spiritual stuff should be on top. Um, and this logo, it passes my check. It passes my check. Um, I do like this 6-sided, um, chain link looking thing because that's everywhere. You haven't noticed? That is going to wrap up the video. I will continue throwing any XYO news into the daily market updates. This is one of my big holdings. Um, I think it's a perfect coin to stack for some years. This is definitely a long-term hold. But if you enjoyed the video and you hold XYO, or you hold XYO Drop a subscribe, like, comment, share. I love you all. I appreciate if you're still watching right now. You are amazing. Um, and goodbye.
