How to make money pallet flipping | How much money you might make off of a similar pallet.

So today we're going to be going through and showing you the retail value of some of our pallets versus what we sell them to you for. That way you can see the value where you can really make some money. All right, this is an LK sink. This pallet here is from a major home improvement retailer. So this is going to be a full Elkay sink. We've got it pulled up here. Full retail value on this sink is $362.87. That's just your first big ticket item on this pallet. Up here we've got these Delta faucets and shower handles, Delta shower and towel rods. These are going for $30 apiece. We've got 12 of those on this pallet. This is a Rheem full home water softener. These units by themselves sell for $599 at major home improvement retailers. Here's the kicker on this one. This is a full DIY mini-split home air conditioning heat pump system. And it's not just the exterior unit you see here. You will also see that this unit comes with both head units right here. So you're not buying the system separately. This retails at $2,784. So we have a grand total of almost $4,000 in value here at Buy Low Warehouse. This pallet is $1,200. Plenty of room there if you're a reseller to make some more money or to get a great deal on something if you just need it for your home. Let me just give you some examples of how you can maybe turn this into a resale item for your eBay store, Mercari, or on Facebook Marketplace. This would be sold as a combined unit. Most people would probably sell this item at about 60% of retail. Well, when you do the math, 60% of retail puts you at $1,600. Selling this one item has not only paid for the entire pallet, it's also made you a $400 profit. This unit here, you would probably sell around $300 since the retail on it is $600. Sink, probably $100 to $150. And these you could probably pedal mostly on eBay. You could do them as mass quantity since you have 12 of them, so you only have to make one listing with a quantity of 12, buy it now.
