Matt Dart shows how to use Opus Clip to turn long videos into ranked short clips with titles and captions, and ChatGPT to write email copy, workout programs, and meal plans. He estimates the time savings and emphasizes using AI to delegate routine tasks, not replace human work.
What's going on everyone? Matt here for another podcast episode. So this is the PT Profit, Leverage and Lifestyle show. Hope everyone has been or is. Well, I'm having a great week so far, so getting a lot of good feedback so far team about the podcast. So I appreciate everyone jumping on board and giving it a listen. Thanks for people that are sharing it around as well. Really appreciate it. Today we're going to talk about we'll talk about AI, so artificial intelligence and what I'm doing and what my clients are doing as well to save time using AI on social media. So I'm only going to go into this social media part of things. You can use AI in a number of different ways, but I'm just going to do it with AI and I'll show you literally what I'm doing right now and what I'll do with the podcast after I finish this episode and I'll show you, you know, exactly what I'm doing and how I can break that up into getting, you know, 10 to 15 reels, reels, transcripts, shortened videos with captions, emojis, etc. In, in about a minute, maybe two minutes. Depends how long the video is. So firstly, let's talk about why you would want to do this in your business so you don't for AI. My opinion of AI is you want to use AI to help you with tasks that you might not necessarily enjoy doing, or they're easy for someone else to do, so you can delegate them because in my experience, or in my opinion, you want to try to do as many things as possible that you like doing and delegates. Or get AI to do the stuff that you don't like, do it don't like doing, or hire someone to do them for you. For example, if someone doesn't like doing consultations, you might hire a salesperson, or if you don't like doing Facebook ads or you don't understand them, you might hire an agency to do it for you. Or in my case, I don't like editing videos or creating whole lot of content, to be honest. So I use AI to break down my longer form content into shorter form content so I don't have to do as much social media as in like creating content. So I'm not very, very creative in that sense. So I'll explain what I do and then I'll go through the exact software and if you're watching the video version, I'll share my screen and show you kind of what that looks like and how you can actually do it for yourself. As well. So essentially what I'm going to do after this podcast is filmed, what I'm going to do. So generally like if it's just me talking, it'll go anywhere between 10 to 20 minutes. If I'm having a guest on board, it'll probably go for about 35 to 45 minutes depending on the person. So what I essentially do is I upload that to a Software via a YouTube link or if I download it, you can do either, either or. And essentially you just upload the link to the AI software and it's going to, you know, put it into a transcript and take the most. Actually what I'm going to do, I might just quickly show you now just so you can see what that looks like. So I'm going to show my screen. It's, it's called Opus Opus Grid. Oh for Oscar, Pipa, Papa, you for Uniform, Esther, Sierra. Then click. AI powered software. So you can see here, this is one of into my account. So I, I pay for the software. There is a free version that you can use to kind of get started, but I pay, I think it's like 20amonth for this and I've got fair few credits. So I've got like 16 and a half hours worth of time in, in my little travel bank thingy, my time bank. So what you use is basically, you got it supports YouTube, Vimeo, Zoom, Rumble, Twitch, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Streamyard. So you put the link in here and then you get clips in one click. So it's really good for video podcasts, educational videos, commentary videos, product reviews, motivational speeches, etc. Etc. So I use it for my podcast stuff and you can, I can go through a couple different variations that I've done here. So I've done it for like training videos, local business partnerships. Let's do it. For example, if I look at the one I did with Aaron, so 46 minutes, that one. Okay, so what you can see here, so is that 46 minutes worth of stuff and it's going to rank this from the best videos to the worst one. So how many have we got here? 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16. Way more than I thought. 28 reels. 28 reels, how good is that? And this would have took like if I was doing this myself, finding the, you know, not all this stuff's going to be gold content, I'm not gonna lie. But majority of it is. So to look at the reels, it's like an 18 second reel, 16 seconds. So if you can see Here it ranks it from A's, B's and C's, and it'll actually give you feedback on the video as well. So it'll create a title that'll progressively overload Effective strategies for Muscle Growth. It's a great title. This is ranking at 99 out of 100. It's an A minus for the Hook, so it gives you the reason why. The video starts by discussing different approaches to progressive overload and exercise, which could catch the attention of fitness enthusiasts looking for a new strategy. The Hook is engaging and raises curiosity about the topic. How good is that? The Flow the content is logical and provides a comprehensive explanation of progressive overload. It concludes by suggesting alternative exercises and considering client preferences. Engagement so the Flow is an A Engagement to a this video delivers valuable content by highlighting various ways to achieve progressive overload. It establishes a personal connection by mentioning the importance of clients input and preferences. I'll tell you what, the kids these days could learn a lot from this stuff if they imported something and it gave them and an A, B or C based on engagement, Flow and a Hook Trends this video indirectly touches on trending topic of fitness and exercise strategies. So it gives you a score and then bases that score out of 100. So as you can see here the time is a minute 36. Now what you can also do is you can actually regenerate the title if you want. I'm not going to because I actually like the title. You can regenerate the title. It gives you the exact transcript as well. And what you can do, you can order post and put it into the scheduler as well by the way, which I haven't really touched on yet. But you can do that. You can auto post it, you can download the hd. Now this one I might go to a newest one, but you can. You can actually edit. Edit this as well. I might go to a new one in a second, but if you scroll down and apologies if you can't see the actual video version here, but you've got different ones here. So Maximize strength, strength and muscle growth. Ultimate Power Building Workout Guide Catchy title, isn't it? 41 seconds for that one. Just giving it a 98 out of 124 seconds. So if you want short ones you can see that like if you want to look. And another thing to touch on would be that I'm not going to play the whole thing but you can, you can preview it as well. So if you want to listen to what you're actually talking about and then edit different parts of it then that's the goal. As you can see here, it filters everything. So 36 seconds, 26 seconds, 17 seconds. This one, almost three minutes. How to get a new gym go was excited about weightlifting. That is actually a good one that I might actually post about actually. So what I'll do, I'm going to get another one up. So I'm actually might post that one today. Let's go to the newest one, I'm done. Which is my podcast that's yet to be released. I'm going to go into edit clip here. So you can edit which. So you can edit parts of the conversation that you want to include in this one. You can also edit. You can see in here, if you're watching the video, it's got green and yellow as the captions and white as well. If you want to specifically change the colors, you can in here you can also change the emojis and you can also change which ones are different colors. So for example, if you're watching the video here, it says number them is in green. If you want that in white and you might say A's, B's and C's in yellow, then you can change that. You've got the full transcript as well. So if you want to do more stuff on this transcript or less than you can as well. So if you're, if you're someone that is quite creative and what's like the base level starting point, this is going to be really good. And then you can go in and edit using this software as well. Sorry, I'm going to go back. You can see the same thing here with this one. 53 seconds, 99 out of 100. So this is just me on this one. How many have we got on this one? So we've got 14 in this one. So it depends on how long the video is obviously. Now this one, for example, is only a 78 out of 100. So it gives you feedback. To make it even more compelling, the speaker could provide statistics or examples showcasing the impact of growth tasks on business success in what. So this is, this is my take on AI. You should be using AI with your stuff that you're already doing. You shouldn't be using AI to completely take over your business. You shouldn't be looking to automate everything. So I'm not, you know, for example, I could just get our AI to make these reels and then automatically post them. It's not what I'm doing because AI isn't that good just yet. It probably will get that bit eventually. But people can tell these days what's written by AI and what's actually written by the person. So that is that. So that's the first part of today. The second part is actually going to be that chat GPT. Chat, or is it Chat GPT? Let's go into this one now. Chat GPC is actually free. There is a paid version. I currently don't even use the paid version. So I actually don't even know the difference between the free one and the page. However, you can do literally anything and everything with chat GPT. For example, I use this a lot for email campaigns, podcast descriptions. You can even get it to design workouts for you if you like. Let's do a couple of examples. I need you to write me a task description for my latest episode. I talked about the benefits of AI and also, and also examples of how you can save time using AR Stoplin to your advantage. Can you write me a compelling description to grab the audience's attention and you can say, can you? Do you understand? All right, guys, Absolutely, I understand. Here's a compelling podcast description for your latest episode. Gives you a title, episode title. Unleashing the Power of AI Saving Time and Amplifying Efficiency. Awesome. So then you can give us feedback. Thank you. I want the description to have some amenities as well, please. Can you also give me seven different titles to choose from for the podcast website? There we go. Here's the description. Oh, sorry, the, the seven titles. So here's what I mean. With AI, it's not perfect. It's put in the emojis in the titles, which is great, but I wanted it in the description. I'm not going to go through everything now, but you would just say thank you. I need the emojis in the description, not the titles. And then you can just pick the titles. So that's how you can use AI to your advantage. This is how you're going to save time. You can also do it to, to write emails. You can do it to write social media posts for you as well. As I said, I use AI for social media and Opus Clip for social media on how to generate small clippers of long form content. So you can also do that if you're creating like a, if you've got like a, a video on how to do a certain exercise, you might actually use AI to crop that down into two or three different reels that you can use for that exercise. Well, let's say you're, you're doing like a little webinar or seminar for your clients, which is how to track MyFitnessPal or how to track food through MyFitnessPal or the benefits of fat loss or the benefits of having a high protein diet for example. And then you can break that down into small increments of reels that you can use on your social media. So I hope this is making sense. I'll give you one more example with Chat GPT specifically for pgs. I actually haven't done this for a while, so let's see what it says. I need a new muscle building program to train for my next I'm 25 years old and quite at the moment want to train five days a week and I want to improve my front press, squat and deadlift. Can you do that? Here we go. How good this so it just did. Here's a five day per week program aimed to improving your bench press, squat and deadlift. This program focuses on compound movements, progressive overload and sufficient recovery to maximize strength gains. How good is this? So bench press, incline, dumbbell press, weighted dips, tricep, push downs, shoulder press so squats, remaining deadlifts, leg press, lunges, calf raises, planks. Cool. Cool. It's even got a restful active recovery day and it's got notes as well. Focus on proper form. Listen to your body. Yep, Cool. Awesome. Let's take it further. I need a meal plan for this training program as well. Can you recommend macro nutrients plus calories needed to obtain optimal importance and it literally will write you a meal plan gives you the calories and macronutrients what to have for pre workout, what to have post workout, what to have before bed, the total calories consumed, your total daily macronutrients that took a total of probably 30 seconds. There you go. Breakfast, mid morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, pre workout, post workout, dinner before bed. Just like that. So for the for the pts watching this, this is what your clients can get within click of a button. So what do you have to do to improve your service? Not only like this obviously might not be 100 accurate and it's obviously like ounces and stuff as well. So it's not that great but you can easily transition that to grams. But what can you do to improve your service to use AI to benefit you and your clients, not only saving your time in your business, but it could also save your clients time as well. Could you quickly whip up a meal plan for them or some suggested meal plans or suggested meals that I could try to make it easier for them. So I'll leave it there Tam in summary, AI should be used in your business, not to replace you in your business. It should be working with you, not for you. So that's just my opinion. But hope all you have an amazing day. Hope you enjoyed this episode. So this was regarding AI and let me know your feedback. I'd love if you can share this with someone that might benefit. I know a lot of people struggle with the social media side of things, so hope it all makes sense. And if you have any questions, just drop a comment below or message me directly on on Facebook or Instagram. Have an awesome day. Again, my name is Matt Dart. Have an awesome afternoon and I'll catch you guys in the next video.
