5 May 2026 · 9 min
Matt Dart shares how two personal trainers added $1,600 and $1,300 per week in their first week at Club Lime and Snap Fitness by offering free health assessments, calling new members, and pricing packages at $200 to $350 per week. The framework combines direct debit setup, limited-availability offers, and consistent outreach.

What's going on, team? Matt here from the PT Profit Leverage and Lifestyle Show. This is episode 118. I'm going to go through how my client added $1,600 a week in recurring income in one week, his actual first week in the club that we started him in. Uh, and by the way, I actually had another win from another client of mine. Um, he added $1,300 last week to his income, an extra $50,000 a year. This happens in our community all the time. So I'm going to go through exactly what we did so you have a bit more of an insight into what it's like to, um, you know, work with us. I'm not saying you're going to get the same results, okay? I'm not guaranteeing anything. I'm just telling you what's possible and relaying some information on what we did and what our clients are doing to get these type of results. So both of these examples are in commercial gyms. The first one is in Clubline, the second one is in Snap Fitness. Okay, now most commercial gyms are very similar in terms of how they are run, so I'm not saying every single gym you'll be able to get this result, but I'm just saying it's pretty possible in most of these commercial gyms to get this type of result. And you're going to be surprised on how easy this was to get these results, both, both of these people. And I'm going to give you the summary and then I'm going to go into more detail. So quite simply, this particular client, let's call him John from Club Lime. John from Club Lime, when he first started with us, he hadn't even signed the contract with the gym yet. So we um, confirmed that we're going to start at this location. And we had about, uh, we had about 2, about a week and a half to prepare for when he actually started in the club. So what we did, we got all the basics done. We got direct debit set up, we got terms and conditions, we got his pricing done, his value stack. So we had a presentation to give client or potential clients so we can run them through, um, our potential options to work together. Now, full disclaimer, this person is actually a physio as well, so pretty high-level education. So the price point was relatively high. So his 3 sessions a week around 250— no, 350 a week, 2 sessions at 250 a week. Okay, he does hour sessions because he's a physio, so that's a disclaimer. And by the way, the other trainer from Snap Fitness, um, an extra 1,200— no, 1,300 a week, um, pricing for him is, it's around $200 a week for 2 sessions. 1 session's around $130, I think. So a few different price points, of course, but moral of the story is all this stuff is possible. Okay, the good thing about PT, you can grow your income super, super fast. You can also lose a bit of income relatively fast as well, but you can grow the income super, super fast. Okay, so what we did, so we got the basics done, uh, and then what we did quite simply is we just— and I think it's 8 trainers in this gym, by the way, 8 trainers— we literally set up his, his physio bed thing, whatever you call it, and we did free assessments, um, every day, um, for that week. and we invited people to, to book in, and we called people as well, the new people. But we, um, put out an offer for people to basically book in with him, uh, because he had one week limited availability because he's also working in the clinic as well. So he's only free 2 days a week, or 3 days a week, sorry. Um, and we could, we could do $1,600 a week in extra income in one week. This is crazy. Um, so we basically just had the physio stable Um, and basically we— I think we had— I think we had like 14 bookings in the first week. 14 bookings in the first week. Now this other trainer had 12 consults last week, um, and he had 6 signed, 4 rescheduled to this week, 1 no-show, and 1 that said no. So we basically had 6 from 7. Now this particular trainer, um, 14, 14 people book in. I believe this was, uh, 8 clients signed now, which would be around 11 sessions a week, I believe. So all we did is set up this table and we called people and we booked them in for free assessments. We call them free health assessments. And all you're doing is diagnosing a problem, identifying the problem, and prescribing a solution to that problem. That's all it is. That's all you got to do. It's how simple it is. The game is so simple. The other trainer, let's call him Tony from Snap Fitness, he only calls new members. That's the only lead generation strategy he's using right now. A few others, a few others, sorry, but that's the main one that he's using. 12 consults last week, 6 new clients, 6 out of 7. It is so— I'm not saying it's easy, I'm just saying it is— I'm just going to say it's not difficult. I'm not going to say it's easy, I'm just going to say it's not difficult. But it is not difficult to sign clients when you have the right structure, pricing model, and the right framework and the right skill set to be able to sign clients as a PT in a commercial gym. Okay, so if you are a PT in a commercial gym and you are not signing, or if you're not even booking in 2, 3, 4, 5 consults a week as an in-person PT, you are doing something wrong and you need some help. I'd invite you to send me a message on Instagram, comment the word ready, and I'll see if I can help you guys. We don't work with everyone, but if you're the right fit for us, let me show you how we can get these type of results. Because this type of results is like, although it's not typical, it actually happens quite a bit in our community. Like, even for me, for example, I actually don't even know what my highest week is, but I would have plenty of weeks where I would sign 10 new clients, 15 new clients. In fact, when I went to the first Jets Club that I went to, I was fully booked in 3 days. I sent out one text message, one text message, and I got 30 consultations booked in one week. I had about 25 clients sign up in one week. I was well over $2,500 a week after one week in the club with 3 days because I signed like every single client in the first couple of days. So again, that's not typical. That is because they didn't have a trainer there for a long time and I came in and just swooped, swooped in. So I'm not saying this is a regular thing, but it is possible for sure. So if you are someone that wants to get to either— if you're starting from zero, $1,000, $2,000, $3,000, $4,000, $5,000 a month, we help people get to $10,000 to $20,000 I got a very good success rate of getting people to $10,000 to $20,000 per month for the people who actually do the work and put in the effort. It is gonna take you a bit of time to get to $10,000 per month. Again, I'm not gonna sugarcoat that. So you need to put in the reps and the work to get this done. If you're not willing to call people, don't bother messaging me. If you're not willing to learn the skills, don't bother messaging me. But if you're someone who wants to make a bigger impact, help more people, and you're open to learning some new things, then send us a message. So these two were from Club Lime and, um, Snap Fitness. If you're at Anytime Fitness, Jets, Snap, Good Life Fitness, Cartel, those type of clubs, We can help you. So I'm going to leave it at that, nice and short today. I just wanted to show you guys what these guys were doing to increase their income by an extra $1,600 a week. An extra $1,600 a week is an extra $50,000 a year, more than $50,000 a year. Isn't it crazy how much you can increase your income? Tell me, give me a better industry right now. Tell me. I'm yet to find one. So I'll leave it there. Until next time, have an epic day. And if you guys are ready to rock and roll, comment the word ready, or not comment, DM me the word ready, and I'll see if I can help. Peace out. Bye-bye.
