And I think shifting culturally in people's head that in order for me to do healthcare today, modern healthcare, I need modern IT, I need modern security. That's it. That becomes the non-negotiable. And getting everybody into that space where it's not just the CISO's job or the security team's job or the network infrastructure person, it's everybody's job. Because where the rubber hits the road is us. It's all the people in the equation. I don't do security just because I love security. I may love security, But I don't do it for that. I do it so we can deliver patient care. That's the only reason why my job exists in healthcare. And you, so understanding that the job is to make sure everybody understands that if they're delivering healthcare in a modern society, you have to be doing security as well. So it's that crowdsourcing internally. It's that ownership model where everybody has a piece to play in it. I think that's a big cultural shift that has to happen. And it is happening right now. It's way better now than it was 10 years ago.
