Because modern life depends on electricity, telecommunications, transportation, healthcare, and financial services (e.g., ATMs), cyber operations by powerful states cascade through these inter‑dependencies, impacting businesses of all sizes and everyday consumers.

it all trickles down. And so even if you're not a government or you're not part of critical infrastructure, the simple fact that these nation states with all their power and technology being able to influence cyber, it trickles down to everybody, right? Everybody needs electrical power and telecommunications and have to travel and they need healthcare and have to go to the ATM to get money. And so it does impact businesses, small, medium, large, and consumers as well.
