AI is seen as such a business competitive advantage that it's needed, it's demanded. All the profit centers are saying we have to have this. If you are the office of no as the CISO, you are now impeding the success of the organization and the clock is ticking. You're going to be out. So the CISOs are stuck in that. If I embrace AI, I'm screwed because bad things are going to happen. If I put a hold on AI, I'm screwed because good things didn't happen. So I have to now transform what I am and what our organization does to be able to show value. Either CISOs will be able to address this conversation and show value and show how they're helping good things happen versus simply being the technocrat saying, I'm here to establish controls. They're going to be replaced.
