All right, Heidi's asking, can mold cause arthritis symptoms? And the answer is, yes, it absolutely can. I'm working on my mold quiz right now, which is just a general quiz that people coming by can see if mold may be a factor. Mold exposure may be a factor in their health journey, in their symptoms. And problems with joints and muscles is absolutely it. So think about the diagnosis of fibromyalgia, one of the most common and popular diagnosis by doctors. What does it mean? It means you have joint issues, means you have muscle issues, you're in pain, but we don't know why, so we just call it fibromyalgia. That's very often mold and. Or Lyme. Could it be something else? Potentially. But most of the time that's what it is. But mold can absolutely cause those problems. Joint and muscle issues. You can also with mold exposure. And because some mold species actually create oxalates and your body loses the ability to process oxalates, you get an excess amount of oxalates in your body, which we measure in the organic acid test, urine test. And those oxalates are like little shards of glass, and they can accumulate in joints and create further joint issues. You can also have edema in the joints, like swelling of the joints, like fluid retention. A lot of joint issues can come up. Muscle pain, joint issues, edema, oxalates. I think that's what I wanted to cover in this video. But yes, Heidi, it's absolutely an option. There are different tools. You can add borax to the bath, you can, you know, magnesium, different things to try to help with that. But I would be checking some of these basic markers, Mycotoxin lab, organic acid test, see if it looks like mold is a problem or not. Or if you already know mold's a problem and you have these issues, it's a pretty safe assumption that they're contributing to those problems. So cleaning your air, getting your air clean, checking it with the ermi, make sure you know what's going on in your home. Toxigenic, mold wise. And then running those tests on the body to see what's happening and start the detoxification process. You know, make sure you're pooping and bile flow and liver support and kidney support, lymphatic support, and all these. All these things we do to start opening up drainage capabilities, getting these toxins out, that starts bringing relief to the joints and muscles. Hope that helps.
