Brenda's asking if hair loss could be related to mold. Okay. She says she's currently dealing with mold illness and MCAs. With the help of an integrative doctor nutritionist. Over the past few weeks, I've started losing lots of hair. Could this be related to mold? Unfortunately, yes. This is another one of the potential symptoms that mold exposure and toxicity. It's not extremely common, but it's definitely a symptom that some people have all the way to alopecia. Okay. And that can absolutely. And I've seen a couple stories, I think change the air foundation. I think Kendra shared this was. I think it was a girl, a little girl, I think. I don't think it was a boy. Was losing her hair. And the family finally found out it was from their moldy home. I've heard of it with adults too, but hair loss is definitely one of those symptoms that unfortunately does show up, but it's not extremely common, which is good. But for you, Brenda, definitely make sure, number one, you're out of exposure. Okay. You know, if it was carbon monoxide or a gas leak in your house, you wouldn't just take supplements to compensate. Right. It's literal poison. You need to deal with that. And if you can't remediate now or you can't get good inspection right now, there's a million things you can do to help lower that load. And that's why I made my mold proof your home masterclass moldproofyourhome.com there's so many things you can do to protect your home so things don't get worse. But you also have to do things like open your windows for air swaps, put HEPA filters in, or put, you know, PCO technology and like high tech or something like that. You have to get that stress lowered on the body and. And once you stop adding stress, then your ability to detox and deal with what's in the body will go down. You'll be able to get all. As you start lowering those, then your body will start getting back to a state of homeostasis and the hair loss will stop, and eventually you'll get it back. Okay. So be encouraged. This can be fixed you can get it back. But it all comes down to making sure you have clean air and you're detoxing properly and dealing with these root cause. I hope that helps.
