All right, Vibrant, America's Total Talks panel. It's got a number four on it because it's four labs in one. Now I love this because Vibrant discounts these labs tremendously when you're doing four in one. And they can do this because all four of these labs, so we're looking at mycotoxin, organic acids, heavy metals and environmental toxins. They're all their urine test. So that's I think, why they combine these and offer a big discount because it's a single sample going to them that they can get all this data from. So you can buy each of these individually, but when you do the total talks, it gives you a big discount. So it's very handy for people and clients that we want to check multiple things. Right. So now I made a video on each of these individual labs on their own lab page. So make sure you go back and watch that because each video is specific to what you need to do for that lab. So watch each individual labs video. So like all the other videos, you're going to get it from FedEx shipments going to come from Vibrant. You're going to get a box like this and, or a little smaller. And inside this, first of all, don't throw out the box. You need to return it in the box. But inside the box on the the total talks, you're going to get your urine collection kit. Okay. You see on the back is a paper. Pull that paper out first because that's your instructions. Look at this paper. It's double sided. It shows step by step instructions. It shows what sample should look like, what it shouldn't look like. And then on this side, it shows each of the tests, each of the four tests and what you need to know about each one. So in my other videos, I add to these lists. So be sure to not only read this page. Good. But also watch the individual videos that I made about each lab. Okay, so this is your kit. Let's pull this open here, show you all the goodies you get. So after you pull out all the tubes and stuff, there's a tiny sticker in the bottom that has your name and a barcode and a spot for you to write the collection date on. It's going to go on this tube where the white square is. It's hard to see there. So make sure it doesn't accidentally get Lost. The white is just an absorbent material in case your cap leaks, but it never does if you put it on right, so you don't have to worry about that. This is the three things you get. This is your urine collection cup. This is the one you're actually going to pee in in the morning after fasting. This is the pipette you get. You squeeze it to suck the urine out of this cup and. And then you pop the top off this one. And then this is the tube that actually ships in. So you're just going to fill this one all the way up to the max mark using this pipette. Once that's done, you can throw these guys out. Put the top on this guy, make sure your sticker's on. With your collection time in, he goes back into the bag with the absorbent, seal it up, put it back in the box, and then that goes back into the FedEx bag that they provide you with the return shipping label. It's going to get stuck on the front. And so make sure you fill all that out ahead of time. And that's basically it. Now remember, there are all things that you need to follow with each lab, like mycotoxin, you know, you got to avoid moldy food and drink and fermented things, heavy metals, you got to avoid supplements and certain supplements and foods. Organic acid is just some foods and their juices, especially fruits. And environmental toxins is better the longer you fast. So it is a bit of a pain. It's not really a pain. You just need to know what you're doing. And that's why follow this list, follow my other the notes in my other videos about them, and you'll put it all together to make one beautiful sample that will give you so much data all at once at a big discount from the lab. And that's why I like the total talks for. So make sure you call FedEx ahead of time. So if you're going to ship, if you're going to do your collection on a Monday morning after fasting for at least 12 hours, you can call FedEx a day or two before and say, I've got to pick up for Monday. So, so make sure you have your FedEx packaging all filled out and ready to go. And then when you're done with your sample, put it in, seal it up, and you're good to go.
