How do I deal with mold in my lungs?

Matt Kelly explains how fungal lung infections form visible "fungal balls" on scans and cause persistent coughing. For mild cases, try steam inhalation with antifungal oils like frankincense, thyme, or tea tree. Severe infections need prescription antifungals like amphotericin, nebulized or taken by mouth, so see a doctor.

All right, so Carol asked how to eliminate mold from the lungs. And unfortunately, sometimes people end up with an infection in the lungs. You can literally get a fungal ball in the lungs. They can usually catch this on X ray. I'm curious if they see it on ct. I don't know, but this is not a good situation to be in. You know, you'd be coughing and hacking and have that burden in the lungs. So what do you do if you do have it in the lungs? You've got. You've got natural options and then you've got pharmaceutical options. And depending on your level of sickness, you may be able to choose one, or you do need the pharmaceutical option if you're far enough along. So what you can do if you feel it's there, but it's not bad, or maybe hasn't even been diagnosed yet, but you can feel, feel it in your lungs. You can get like a facial steamer, like from Vicks or someone, or boil a pot of water and put it on the counter and pull up a stool and put in some, like, citra drops from microbalance health products or antifungal essential oils. And then, you know, you throw the towel over your head and you breathe that in. And as you're breathing that steam in, you're taking those oils into the lungs, and that can help start working against that fungus there. So what kind of herbs do we have? Essential oils? Frankincense is antifungal. Holy basil is antifungal. Thyme tea tree. We've got a lot of great options here. But again, you're going to get that water really hot. You're going to put the towel over your head and you're going to breathe in that steam. Now, if you do have. If you do have a bad infection, then you may need a pharmaceutical options. Like, what is it? Amphotericin, which is a pharmaceutical antifungal that can be nebulized as well. So that may be something that you would need to really get that under control if it's a raging infection in there. So anyway, Carol, I hope that helps. And I know other people were asking the same question, so I hope you guys find this video help. And I'm sorry that you're dealing with that because it's much nicer to deal with it in the gut. And I know how awful it can be. I've talked to people whose ability to talk was hampered because of all the. Because of the stress in the lungs and the coughing fits and everything. It's just awful. But those are your natural options and then talk to your doc. If you need the pharmaceutical to get nebulized, that helps.
