All right. I wish that I had a good answer for Debbie here, but I do not. Debbie's asking, how do I make sure to never get exposed to mold, as I definitely have a mold allergy. You can't. You cannot stay away from mold. Every breath you take, indoors or outdoors, you're going to be taking in some level of mold spores, but hopefully not too many mycotoxins. But when you have a mold allergy and you're not mold toxic, as in you have accumulated mycotoxins that are harming all the different systems of your body, that's a little different. And with an allergy like that, you're going to have to figure out how to lower your reaction to it as opposed to stay away, because you can never stay away from mold. So how do you help deal with your sensitivity with an allergy like that? Number one is the gut. Okay, you should get a Gut Zoomer done. That's through Vibrant America. I'll put a link here. Because the Gut Zoomer is the most advanced stool test on the market. It gives data overload. It's amazing. It's like Christmas. When I get a client's Gut Zoomer, I just love it. I tear into that thing and just go through all those tables of amazing data and see what's wrong. But if you're extremely reactive and your allergies are really bad, you're going to have gut issues. So we find out what's the worst and start addressing those, bringing down the bad, bringing up the good, going after, targeting digestive deficiencies and seeing what needs added. Do you need advanced hugga? Do you need some bitters? Do you need enzymes? Temporarily, until your pancreas starts keeping up with enzyme production. So the gut is, number one, the biggest thing. Number two is removing any existing toxins. So if you have mycotoxins or metals or environmental toxins, anything else that's burdening your system and your immune system can cause immune dysregulation that can cause, you know, a bigger response from the immune system when you have a trigger like mold. So cleaning the body, which we call detox, cleaning the body of all these things that shouldn't be there is going to help your immune system calm down and regulate, modulate so that it doesn't freak out with mold as much. And. And then so we clean up the body, look at the gut, remove toxins, lower any chronic infections that are there, and then if that's still not moving the needle enough, but I think it will, then you can go to, like, a nate practitioner or someone that can help desensitize you to that and that will lower your immune response to those triggers.
