Matt Kelly walks through collecting a urine sample for Vibrant America's Environmental Toxins test. Fast for at least 12 hours beforehand, use your first morning urine, and skip the sauna the night before. The kit includes everything you need to collect, seal, and ship the sample via FedEx.

Questions this video answers

At least a 12-hour fast; fasting for 24 hours may increase excretion of toxic chemicals but is not required.

No — avoid sauna the night before because it can dump toxins earlier and reduce measured levels in the morning sample.

Pause binders for two days prior to collection (advice Matt passes along to clients; not written on the kit instructions).

Box, FedEx return packaging and label, urine collection cup, pipette, shipping tube, barcode sticker with name and collection time, and included instruction paper.

Fill in the collection time and stick the barcode sticker on the white section of the shipping tube.
