All right, the vibrant mycotoxins lab. This is the mycotoxins lab I use with every client. The reason I love Vibrants is because it checks for 31 mycotoxins instead of 13 or 16 like other labs, and their sensitivity is extremely high. So if you're looking for mycotoxins, this is the lab you want to get. So it can seem a little overwhelming at first, but it's actually one of the easiest labs to do. So I'm going to walk you through what that looks like. So first thing that happens, if you order this lab here on this page, you're going to get an email from me or Amy. We're going to collect a couple more data points for the lab so that your requisition can get in quickly. So we're looking at collecting your date of birth, your height and weight, but we'll already have your phone number, email address, shipping address from when you check out on buying this lab. The lab ships the kits out relatively quick. I shouldn't say relatively very quickly. Even in Canada, some of them are arriving in like, three, four business days. So they go out very quick. So here's what you're going to get. You're going to get a bag from FedEx, from the lab, chuck the bag inside, you're going to get a Vibrant box. If you have multiple labs, it can be a big box like this. If you have just one, it can be a little bit smaller, about half the size. Keep the box, don't throw out the box, because you're going to keep it to return it. Okay? And Vibrant also gives you the FedEx bag and the return shipments already paid for. Okay. But I'll get there. So inside your box, you are going to have this little kit. Okay? This is your mycotoxin urine collection kit. So inside of this kit, you're going to have three things. Well, a little more than three, but let me show you. So you've got your urine collection cup that you're going to use after your fasting period, which I'll touch on. You've got the pipette, which is what you use after you fill this cup, or not to the top, but do your morning pee. You going to come out of here and you're going to fill this tube up to the line, up to the max line. And this is what actually gets shipped back, okay? And you're going to put a sticker on there where that is. So this is how simple it is here. And then you're going to put it back in the bag and it has an absorbent sheet in there and also has paper instructions, so make sure you read those. But just to go over everything. So here's what the process looks like. Here's what I tell clients is try to do it. If you're in the US you can do it, you know, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. If you're outside of the US you're going to want to make sure you ship it on a Monday just to get it back to the lab before a weekend. So say you're going to do it on a Monday morning. So you're going to start your fasting Sunday evening. So say after dinner, after supper, you're going to stop eating and drinking at say 6:30pm then. So don't eat or drink after that. And then you can pee as much as you want overnight. Don't hold it. Don't think we're trying to collect a baby. We don't want a big full bladder for Monday morning because the more urine you get out overnight, the more concentrated your morning sample will be. So come Monday morning, you're going to do the first collection as long as it's been more than 12 hours since you stopped eating and drinking. And I use this with clients because it really maximizes the concentration and elimination mycotoxins. Okay, so make sure it's at least 12 hours. And then you're going to pee into the cup. And then you're going to use the pipette to move it over from that cup into the shipping tube. Okay. And just run it up to the max max line that it has there. Put your cap on there. And I believe they give you stickers. I'd have to. Yeah, there's stickers in there to put on the tube and just read the instructions well, because they'll walk you through all this as well. Now, the other thing I mentioned to people is don't use provocation. So that means don't take glutathione to try to provoke. We just want a natural elimination. Also, don't do sauna the night before. So if you're doing this Monday morning, don't do sauna Sunday night. Why? It sounds wonderful, but it's not because it increases elimination of mycotoxins right after. So if you did sauna, you would dump a whole whack of toxins, including mycotoxins during the night and those, then those peas at night. And a big dump will be made before you actually do the collection. So don't do that either. So it's very simple. You don't have to. The only thing I recommend food and drink wise, is to have people not eat or drink commonly moldy foods. So you're talking peanuts, peanut butter and then fermented things, kombucha and vinegars and anything that can be moldy by nature. If you're not sure, just do a Google search search for top moldy foods and just stay away from Those for say 48 hours, two days before you do this collection. But there's nothing you really have to change. Supplement food wise, you're going to keep out some of those moldy foods. You may have people stop their binders. So if they're already on binders, stop them for a couple days before you do this test as well. But other than that, it's very simple. You stop eating and drinking. You wait at least 12 hours. You collect that morning pee, you move it from the one over to the other shipping label, you put your sticker on and pack up your stuff for return. And what you can do is call FedEx the day before or the Saturday or Friday and say, I'm gonna have a pickup on Monday so that they know, because you don't want to do your collection Monday morning and then call for a pickup because you don't know what time your FedEx truck comes house, so we don't want it already gone by. And then you call for a pickup and now your specimen sits for another day. So you want to schedule your pickup ahead of time. And the only other thing is to look at your paperwork ahead of time like the day before and get your Understand how your FedEx labeling and packaging works so that after you're done your collection, you're not trying to figure out how to, how to, you know, put the sticker on and fill it out and everything afterwards. Because you don't know what, what time FedEx is coming. So look at your paperwork the day before. But overall, it's extremely simple. Pee collection, stop eating, stop drinking, stop eating and drinking moldy foods for two days. Binders for two days. Do the collection on the Monday morning or whatever day you're doing it. Move it with the pipette over to the shipping one, goes back into the bag, goes back into your box, which goes back into the provided FedEx bag, and they give you the label that goes on. So I know it sounds like a lot, but it's really simple. If you have any questions, make sure you shoot me an email because you don't want to mess this up. Because then if they get something that they can't do we need to resend the collection things and redo it. And nobody wants to take the time to redo it. Alright. I hope that helps. If you have any questions, shoot me an email mattpharmacy.com or use the contact form on the website. All right, Good luck. Looking forward to see your labs. Bye bye.
