Deborah's asking a great question about sinuses. How can you know if mold and mycotoxins are in one sinuses? And for some people, it's their sinuses that led them to figure out mold. Because for some people, it's all about their sinuses at first, and it doesn't stay there. When you swallow those spores and bacteria, everything goes down to your gut. And that's how we get mold colonization in our gut. It comes from breathing it in here first. But do you have sinus infection? Once a year, twice a year? I used to get a couple a year when I had exposure and when, before I understood what was going on. You can have sinus pressure, you can have sinus pain, you can have polyps in your sinuses. You can have a doctor saying they want to scrape out your sinuses, God forbid, because of this, but not understand it's actually from mold. So sinuses are a big problem. Look up there, see if. Have the doc look up there, see if they see polyps, see if they see inflammation. You can get a Marcons test, get a swab done, and it will check for fungus and bacteria up there. Okay. And no, your medical doctor probably doesn't do that. A lady sent me a lab that she had done a couple days ago, and I think it was from a regular lab. It wasn't the regular Marcons place. Ask anyway if you're. If you're at your doctor's appointment, ask. See if they can do a swab that would check for fungus. Okay. Not just bacteria, but we want to look for fungus, too. But I'll see if I can find the link for the Marcons swab and put it with this video. So that's kind of what you're going to look for. We've got great tools. We've got, like, microcitosan can be used if you don't have MCAs. We have nasal sprays, different ones, for mold and fungus and bacteria. There's all kinds of tools out there for it, but you need to. You kind of want to. You're asking about, how do you know? And so you kind of want to get some doctors to look up there and do some swabs and some testing and see what comes back. Hope that helps.
