Microfiber Cleaning Removes Pollutants That Air Purifiers Miss

Alex and John Banta explain why microfiber mopping removes pollutants air purifiers can't reach: settled dust, mold spores, and oils that get kicked back into the air. Air purifiers cut airborne particles by 80-90% but miss what's already on floors. Microfiber works because its fibers grab both water- and fat-soluble contaminants; mop weekly or every two weeks with a damp pad and a few drops of unscented detergent.
