Do you treat mold or lime first? That is Nikki's question. And again, I'm not sure if I posted a video on this or not because the numbers and the videos are so high that I'm not always sure. So sometimes I just do it. I just record a new one and if it's a double up, that's okay. Relationship between mold toxicity and Lyme. Should you treat mold first? Yes. Okay. You should treat mold first. The relationship you may have heard me say before, mold is so immunosuppressive. Okay. Lyme is also immunosuppressive. So you get the two together. Your immune system is crying, okay, but mold is especially immunosuppressive, especially things like mycophenolic acid from penicillium brevicompactam. But it affects the immune system in directly affecting the immune system through with mycotoxins, also through the mold and mycotoxins wrecking the gut, which is always one of the first targets, one of the first areas that go down, especially in kids. That's how you know skin issues or gut issues, digestive issues, we always see that in kids very early on. But as your gut gets ruined and inflammation goes up, your immune system suffers because your immune system is how robust your commensal, your good bacteria in the gut is. So that's how it indirectly affects the immune system, lowering your immune response, lowering your body's ability to protect itself. Right. So that's why the precursor a lot of times to Lyme disease and co infections is mold toxicity, mold illness. Someone can be living in a moldy house or have a moldy car or moldy work, or moldy gym, moldy church, moldy, whatever. And over time with breathing that in enough, their immune system goes boom, boom, boom, boom, lower, lower, lower. And then. And your family camping trip in July or August, you get bit by a tick. Doesn't have to be a tick, can be a spider, mosquito, other blood sucking vector. And these, you get this influx of horrible infections. Borrelia, babesia, Bartonella, ehrlichia, rickettsia. And your immune system was already knocked down. Bang, bang, bang, bang. And now it's here and it sees this influx and it's like, can I come up and attack these guys? It's like it's just, there's nothing it can do. Okay. Your God given immune system was wanting to do what it was designed to do, but it just doesn't have the strength due to the immunosuppression from the mold. So that's why you see so many People with Lyme disease having mold toxicity, and many of them don't know it. So if you're in a Lyme group, make sure you send them here to this mold group to learn about it. Because no matter how long and hard you work on Lyme co infections, very few people will get the healing they're looking for if they have mold toxicity, especially if they're living in a mold toxic home filled with toxigenic molds and therefore mycotoxins. So that's the relationship between mold and Lyme. They go together so often. I say about 70% of the time that I see people with Lyme having mold. And in my opinion, mold is very often the precursor because if you get two people with the. With one with a strong immune system, one with a weaker immune system, they both get bit by an infected tick. The person with a proper functioning immune system will not get Lyme disease, I should say, will not be affected by the bite. Now, the infections meant the bacteria and parasites may come in, but they don't have symptoms because their immune system was strong enough to keep it small. We're a rolodex of viruses and bacteria, parasites. Okay? It's not about if we get bit or not. It's about if your immune system was low enough that it couldn't stay on top of it. Whereas this person gets bit and they just crumble. Okay, Maybe they got headaches, sore knees, they got the summer flu, all these things before it ramps up and goes chronic. It's not the bite, it's the strength of the immune system. Anyway, Nikki, I hope that helps.
