So the energy effects that I've seen in people when we use methylene blue, and is it the only thing used? No. And is it the first thing used? Usually not. But when you have chronic fatigue, when you, you're coming out of chronic illnesses, long COVID, all these sort of things, what I normally see is 2 major things. If we get the doses right, that people notice. One is that their overall energy does slowly improve. That's good. But the other thing is that your brain cells have lots of mitochondria, and a lot of people will say that they have more focus. Okay. We use this with a lot of folks in the ADHD/ADD spectrum, and it can help them with focus as well. And so what's the only side of that that we tell people to watch out for? You can have too much of a good thing, so you can have too much brain mitochondrial activity. So I always tell 'em, if you feel like you can't sleep, if you feel shaky, jumpy, that sort of thing, we have to back the dose off.
