Time-restricted eating can help you improve your circadian rhythm. People who don't sleep well have messed up circadian rhythm. It can help you with what we call the migrating immune cells, things like natural killer cells, etc. It can decrease the general inflammatory chemistry in your body. It can also help your microbial diversity, so the biome, your gut biome, can improve simply by taking a little bit of a break every day from eating. It can help you with your oxidative-antioxidative balance. So again, And kind of going along with the immunologic effects, it can help us to come back to neutral where we, we always need some oxidation, but we don't wanna be constantly oxidized. We need some reduction, help out with that balance as well. The other thing is that it can help with stress hormone release. You actually can get a modulation of stress hormone release, and it even helps your genetic regulation.
