Matt Kelly recommends starting with foundational drainage: regular bowel movements, liver support, and binders. Then add movement like walking or rebounding, hydration with lemon, and specific products like Cellcore's LymphActive and Jumpstart kit to help drain the lymphatic system.

All right, I've got a great question here from Alice. She's asking tips to detox and drain lymph. So as you're, as you're going to hear me keep repeating, and I sound like a broken record here, the foundational support needs to be done. So you always got to start with pooping and liver support and bile flow and lymphatic support, but you got to start with pooping, you got to do liver and bile flow, okay? This is the key. This is what, this is why people go to a medical doctor and get antibiotics, feel worse if they've got bad infections, right? They're like, oh my goodness, I feel worse. I had to stop my antibiotics. It's because their drainage isn't open their bodies. The foundational work hasn't been done. There's these chronic toxins and chronic infections create so many problems and so many systems of the body that you literally have to start at the bottom and work your way up. And you've got to be pooping, you've got to have liver support because mycotoxins are toxic to the liver, right? And not to mention, you know, glyphosate and all the toxins in our food and our water and our air that come from our clothes, from our building materials, formaldehyde. And we breathe all these things in. Got over 86,000 man made chemicals now floating around in our food, in our water, in our air, in our goods. Okay? So that's why we need those basics done. And that's why I use Cellcore's jump start kit or phase one of their comprehensive protocol. It's also called Jumpstart kit. It's just your basic. Here's where you start to detox, okay? It's got liver support, it's got kidney support, it's got a binder in there, it's got a couple other formulas. But when you're. But to answer you specifically Alice, about lymph, one of your best options too is to do homeopathic. So Picana has their big three, includes kidney, liver and lymph. So pecan is a good option. I use desk bio with clients. Well backwards, so there's six bottles there which is covers brain, spine, extracellular matrix, liver, kidneys and lymph. So this is, I like this one over Picana because there's six and it covers a little more. But Picana big three are great too. Clients can use those successfully, but definitely add in some homeopathic lymph remedies because that's going to help you out. Also, Cellcore has lymphactive, and I'll try to remember to put a link to some of these things with this video, too. But this is a really good one, too, for moving the lymph system. And remember, with the lymph system, it doesn't have a pump. It's not like your circulatory system. Right. The lymph moves when you move. So move. You know, go for walks. A rebounding trampoline is great. You know, the small ones you can put in your house and jump. That'll move your lymph when you wake up and throughout the day, drink water with lemon in it. Okay? That's going to help hydrate, move the lymphatic system. So there's a lot of things we can do there for the lymphatic system, and I appreciate, Alice, that you asked about it, because the lymph system is the sewer system of the body. That's where it goes head to toe, and that's where toxins get in. And it's working to move it down to the kidney and liver so those can be processed and out, and that's what's needed to heal. So, Alice, I know you know what you're doing because you're asking about the lymphatic system. And it's only people that have done enough research that know that it's a sewer system of the body, and you really got to keep it moving. I hope that helped a little bit. Alice.
